Hi everybody, welcome to my small but lovely apartment!
This 25m2 apartment is perfect for a couple or a family with a children. It's a 3* studio composed of: one bedroom, bathroom, small but well furnished kitchen and living room. It's equipped with air condition. No surprises everything is included in the price (towels, blankets, sheets, tourist tax, air condition). It has a separate entrance so you can have all the privacy you may need. In front you will finde a public parking that you have to pay.
What makes this apartment unique is its location. In effect is a few steps from the spectacular Roman amphitheatre. All Pula holidays should include the Roman ruins and a look at the local Brijuni National Park. Pula holidays are also well placed for exploring the scenic headlands, bays, beaches and coves stretching north towards Rovinj and Porec.
Pula has a lot of rocky and pebbly beaches, along with concrete terraces where you may ease yourself into the crystal clear and warm Sea. The best pula beaches are located in Punta Verudela wich is just 2km far.
A city tax is not applicable and payable in Croatian Kuna (HRK) and is 20 kn per person.
On Your arrival You pay aditional Sojourn tax/City tax 20 kn per guest
Compared with the 5 other apartments we rented during our trip in Croatia, it was not as good as the others :
-Very kind hosts, smiling, friendly
-Very well located, just a few min from town (amphitheater, port, center)
-Host speaks very little english. Her mother speaks only croatian and italian.
- bed is a pulled out sofa (not a real bed)
- a detail but important for us : sheet in the double bed was one person size
- apartment could be cleaner (dishes, shower...)
- situed at the ground floor (can be noisy)
- Studio very well located (by the amphitheatre)
- Studio a little dark, noisy and can be cleaner
- No english spoken (just a few words)
This apartment is in a perfect location; very central to the old town and on the door step of the beautiful amphitheater. The apartment was very clean and had homely additions to make home cooking very easy.
Bozena is such a lovely host! Extremely kind, welcoming and helpful but not intrusive. I would definitely recommend staying with her in her lovely apartment.
Thank you Bozena!
Bozena is a gem. We made a mess of navigating to the apartment(our fault, it's almost as easy to find as the amphitheatre!) but Bozena patiently waited for us and showed us through the apartment.
The apartment is small but adequate for a couple. It is air-conditioned, well equipped and very clean and tidy.
The location could not be better. It is a short walk from the ferry and very close to the Amphitheatre, Pula's main attraction. I is also close to the bus terminal which was handy for us.
I would recommend others staying there. Pula is a beautiful city.
Very well located and Božena's mother very kind!
Bozena was a wonderful host and provided us with a very clean apartment in a great location. The only complaints we had were the noise outside the window and a less than perfect bed. Our first night there were a lot of people gathered outside the apartment on the street and this kept us awake later than we would have liked. However, the second night (a Friday) it was quiet after 22:00, so it seems like the noise must not be constant. The bed was similar to a sleeper sofa, but we knew that when we booked it and it was good enough for us to sleep on.
Apartment was just as described, and located right in central Pula steps from the ampitheatre. It was a short stay but an easy one!
Хорошая квартира с удобным расположением у самой древнеримской Арены, в центре Пулы.
The studio is in a ideal location to visit City center. Bozena is very nice person. Thank you very much.
Like the others have mentioned this place has a great location-- it is incredibly convenient to walk to all of Pula's historical sites. Also, like others have mentioned the place is seriously noisy. I got woken up in the middle of the night by intense grinding noises-- I have no idea where they were coming from. The place is tiny and outdated-- the bed is basically a 70s pull out couch & very hard. It's not a bad place to stay, but if you're looking for U.S. standards of comfort it's probably not the right place for you. On the other hand, if you're expectations are minimal and you're looking to have a quick stay in a convenient spot then it will work.
