Modern apartment recently renovated located in the centre of Seville: about ten minutes walking to the CATHEDRAL and to the SANTA JUSTA TRAIN STATION, where you may find a bus stop to get the airport bus.
The apartment has a wide bedroom with two single beds, bathroom (no bath, but shower), complete kitchen including the whole kitchenware, and a living room with a sofa-bed for two people. This is a very luminous apartment which is next to a pedestrian street so it´s rather quiet and calm.
You have a beautiful sight of Giralda Tower from the sunny terrace. Furthermore, its location allows you to get to the main touristic places in Seville such as: la Plaza de la Encarnación, el Alcázar, la Plaza del Salvador, la Casa Pilatos, or the popular and comercial Calle Sierpes, where you can find lots of “TAPAS” bar and restaurants as well. Nevertheless, if your intention is keeping away from the city centre, there also are plenty of bus stops in the area as well as the public bicycle service (“Sevici”) to move easily around Seville. In addition, you can find supermarkets and many shops in the area.
Please do not hesitate to ask us before you book.
Esperamos que cuiden del apartamento como si fuera suyo. Sólo esperamos que respeten y cuiden el mobiliario así como a los vecinos.
Thank you Manuel. The flat was as described, clean and comfortable and very conveniently situated. Your recommendation for parking and directions were very helpful. The roof terrace would have been lovely if we had been more fortunate with the weather. We enjoyed our first visit to Seville very much and thank you for your welcome.
Manuel was an excellent host. When we first arrived we got a bit confused close to the apartment and he came to find us. He also gave us many suggestion for places to visit and restaurants, and gave us a detailed map of the area. He was always helpful and responsive during our stay. The apartment was very good - very clean and good location.
Manuel met us at the end of the alley where the apartment is situated as arranged and showed us around the flat. It was as expected, clean, quiet, modern. But the sofa bed had no linen and we had been hoping for a 'twin' bed arrangement. Manuel did offer to go and fetch linen but we said we would just lift one of the single beds into the living area and this created the privacy we wanted.
I would recommend the flat for its quietness and location just on the edge of the historic centre - maybe 10 minutes walk to the very (website hidden) Alfafa was great...
Manuel had street maps for us - you need these!
One thing - it appeared that the duvet covers were not washed every changeover of guests as we were supplied with sheets to go underneath the duvet, If this bothers you then take note.
Price was attractive though - get what you pay for.
Roof terrace but no view from it as slightly below surrounding roofs.
If you want to use the sofa bed then make sure you communicate this to Manuel.
We absolutely loved this apartment! It was clean, bright, convenient, and a wonderful price for a private place. Manuel met us on time, spent time showing us a map of the city and answered any questions we had. We can't praise enough this apartment, the city of Seville or the host. Great experience and stay!
Très bel appartement, très fonctionnel, très propre, très bien situé. A recommander les yeux fermés.
We had a great experience in Sevilla! The apartment was clean, the hosts were communicative and kind, and it was within walking distance to all of the places we were hoping to see. We'll definitely stay there again on our next holiday.
We stayed in the appartment by a company of three women in February 2015. The vicinity for our stay was very comfortable - close to every place we wanted to see, we were everywhere on foot, and not tired - including one of us of 75 years old. Food shops are also situated nearby, easy to find.
Manuel was waiting for us staight on time, and was very helpful explaining everything in the appartment and giving clear directions, showing on the map the main places of interest.
Soy de Sevilla, me gusta el senderismo, la naturaleza, la música clásica, el bricolaje y por otro lado, pensando en mis hijos que estudian idiomas, si viajan se le proporcionará un intercabio cultural.
