"This was one of the most beautiful airbnbs I’ve stayed at. The house felt like a vacation in itself with how peaceful and secluded the setting was. The home is new and the address doesn’t show up on maps yet, but before I even messaged Brian he had already sent detailed directions and we found it without a problem. We skied at Mount Abram’s which was just a few minutes away and Sunday River which was about 13 minutes away. Our kids loved the basement bunk room and living area that had all games, big screen tv with Xbox and walked out to the hot tub. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook dinner every night. Brian was extremely quick and responsive when I messaged him with a question. The kitchen showcases hickory cabinets, granite countertops, and Bosch appliances. It is fully stocked to help you fuel up for an action-packed day or create memorable meals after your adventures. From an Instant Pot and toaster oven to an air popcorn maker (complete with kernels!), we’ve got your culinary needs covered. Coffee enthusiasts will find K-cups, creamer, whole bean and ground coffee for the Keurig, drip, pour over, or French press coffee maker. For tea lovers, an assortment of individually wrapped tea bags is on hand.
In the dining area, a charming chandelier sets the mood over a spacious table with seating for 8. Two additional bar stools at the kitchen peninsula offer extra seating, and a highchair is tucked away in the closet for those traveling with young children. Warmth and comfort take center stage in each of the 5 bedrooms, all with their unique décor. Each bedroom contains inviting beds with luxurious memory foam mattresses, cotton sheets, sound machines, alarm clocks with wireless charger and Bluetooth speaker, closet, coat hangers and luggage racks.
The primary bedroom is on the main level and includes a king-sized bed, a wall-mounted TV, a beautiful desk and chair for work, full length mirror and an ensuite bathroom with tiled shower.
Upstairs, you will find two spacious and bright bedrooms. The left room offers a king-sized bed and a second desk and chair for work. The right room features a queen-sized bed, a wall-mounted TV, and a comfy sitting chair.
Head to the walkout basement to find two more bedrooms. The bunk room is a playful space with 4 twin bunks adorned with fun animal artwork. Next door, a snug bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed, wall-mounted TV, and a cozy sitting chair. Also available are two luxury memory foam cots, which can be rolled into the game room to be used as two single beds or combined into a queen bed – offering a much comfier alternative to a traditional sofa bed!

There are 3 full bathrooms (one on each floor) with the added convenience of a half-bath by the entryway. All bathrooms have a spa-like ambiance and are well-stocked with essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper. There is a hair dryer in each full bath.
The primary ensuite bathroom has a tiled shower, and the other two full baths have combination tub and shower, which allow flexibility for those traveling with little kids and anyone seeking a rejuvenating bath.

✹ HOT TUB: Take a moment to soak in the serene surroundings and unwind in our 7-person hot tub, meticulously serviced before each new guest group.
✹ DECK: Accessible from the Great Room or the outdoors, the oversized wrap-around deck offers a perfect retreat. Equipped with a 4-burner propane grill, an outdoor dining table and chairs, plus plush sofas and sitting chairs, it’s an ideal spot for al fresco dining or simple relaxation. Gaze out onto the beautiful grass yard surrounded by tall, majestic trees, creating a peaceful oasis. (Note: During the winter season, the deck is cleared, leaving only the grill.)
✹ YARD: Is there anything more delightful than walking barefoot in a lush yard?! Enjoy games and playful moments with family and friends. Kids love the playhouse with wave slide. We will be adding a fire pit in spring 2025!

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home (except owner’s closet), driveway, deck, hot tub, and outdoor space. A keyless entry code will be sent 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.
Other things to note
✹ QUIET HOURS AND GENERAL RULES - Primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years or older and must be staying on the premises during the reservation. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. No parties, fireworks, or weapons are allowed on the premises at any time. Smoking and vaping of any kind are prohibited on the premises. Illegal substances and activities are prohibited.
✹ RENTAL AGREEMENT - Upon booking, guests will be required to sign a property rental agreement acknowledging the house rules and upload a government-issued ID displaying a name that matches the rental agreement. No door codes will be given without this.
✹ PET POLICY - We allow a maximum of 2 house-trained, well-behaved dogs that are vaccinated and tick/flea-free for a flat fee of $200. Pets must be disclosed to us at the time of booking (there is a $500 fee if we find any undisclosed animals). Pets are not allowed on any furniture or the hot tub. Any pets left home alone must be in a crate. By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage, pest control, extra cleaning, or liability your dog(s) cause during the stay. We reserve the right to cancel a booking for animals that are not a good fit for the home.
✹ PARKING - Our driveway accommodates 6 cars comfortably. It is regularly plowed, sanded/salted and shoveled during winter; however, ice and snow cannot be avoided during Maine winters. Walk carefully!
✹ ROAD CONDITIONS - Like most parts of rural Maine, driving can be treacherous in winter conditions. Drive slowly and be careful!
✹ TRAVEL INSURANCE - Unexpected circumstances happen, so we highly recommend purchasing travelers’ insurance. We cannot be held accountable for events out of our control.
✹ VIDEO SURVEILLANCE - There are 3 exterior cameras (1 flood light camera at the front side of the house, 1 doorbell camera at the front door, 1 camera on the side of the house) monitoring and recording the driveway and side of the house for security. They are on 24/7, but only record video and audio when there are movements (motion-activated). Videos may be stored for 1-365 days for security or house rules breach review. There is no surveillance inside of the home where guests will stay.
