This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house located in downtown Charleston offers a cozy and elegant stay for your next getaway. Recently remodeled in 2023, this home has all the charm of a home built in the 1800s, with the modern comforts one has come to expect. We think you'll find it has everything you need to make your stay in the Holy City both memorable and enjoyable.

The second bedroom is elegantly furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed and closet.

Lastly, the third bedroom offers a queen bed with exterior access to a rare luxury in downtown Charleston - a lush backyard.

Please note, the upstairs porch is off limits and reserved for the property owners, as well as the primary bedroom closet.

This is a classic Charleston duplex and is an owner-occupied rental. The entire downstairs is yours to enjoy. Owners live on the second floor. We will be out of your hair, but feel free to say hello if you see us, or ask any questions you may have.

We absolutely love living in this location, and hope you enjoy it as much as we have.

Other things to note
Two off-street parking spots are available in the driveway on the right hand side of the house. Let us know if you intend to use them and we can provide more details for you. Additional street parking is also available.

Remote, contactless check-in and access to the home is available with a keypad lock at the main entrance.

Luggage drop off is available upon request at no additional charge.
