WINTER FUN!!!
Crater Lake National Park and much of the area have awesome cross-country skiing and snowshoeing opportunities which can begin as early as mid-October when the winter's first snowstorms can drop a foot or more of snow. Winter activity opportunities typically can last into June. Highway 62 and the road to Rim Village in Crater Lake Park are plowed and open all year. However, snowy and icy road conditions can occur anytime, resulting in temporary road closures. About 15 minutes from the cabin is a great snowmobile park with over 30 miles of groomed trails and a big area for snow sledding. The Chemult dogsled races are located only 40 minutes north on Highway 97. Most lakes in the area freeze over and offer some great ice fishing opportunities.

Aug. is The Klamath Tribes Pow Wow in town.
2 min. to the Chiloquin State Airport. the elevation is 4200 ft.
The cabin is conveniently located 1 mile off Highway 97.
Located in the historic town of Chiloquin which was the ancestral home to the Klamath Tribes. The Williamson and Sprague River connect in the middle of town. Grocery Store, Post Office, and the Hardware/Sporting good Store are located just a couple of blocks away.
I only live a very short distance away and am readily available if any problems should occur. Please call immediately if you should have any issues with the cabin so we can get them rectified as soon as possible so your stay is most enjoyable. Thank You!
