Nice little place. Very quiet, on a beautiful alley in town.

Beautiful, clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Antonio helped us arrange a private taxi back to Cusco with several stops at local sites. Good breakfast. We didn't sleep much as there was a party on the street outside, but it was a Saturday night and that isn't the hotel's fault. This was my second stay here and I will definitely be back!

I have mixed feelings about our stay. Room and hotel were beautiful. There is a constant sewer smell emanating from the bathroom so we had to keep the door closed at all times. Breakfast was OK. They do not provide any facial tissue and not enough toilet paper. In the early morning it was impossible to find anyone around so I had to go into another unoccupied room for a roll. The hosts do not provide accurate info on how to get to the hotel. We walked what seemed like an eternity to the plaza from the train station with our luggage in tow. When I asked one of the motorbikes to take us to the hotel they seemed to not understand, and I was speaking spanish. Then from the plaza you have to carry your bags over big cobblestones, impossible to roll the luggage over, about 3 blocks. Thank goodness we are in shape. When I got to the hotel and was clearly upset at the lack of instruction from the hotel regarding this matter, the man at the reception greeted us with indifference, ignored my complaint and it seemed as if he pretended not to understand me. Again I was speaking spanish to him. Needless to say, they did not offer to help us with our luggage on departure. For the price of $90 a night it is not worth it.

Had a great time in lovely Olly during our July stay. The hosts provided exceptional service, including laundry. Highly recommended.

The location is perfect, close but not too close, to the plaza. The staff do everything to make you feel welcome and try to meet your every need.

What fantastic accommodations in the astoundingly charming and unique town of Ollataytambo. We were greeted warmly, served free pisco sours and popcorn in the evening, and shared a humble but delicious communal breakfast with other guests from around the world. Bear in mind that you are staying in a small town that was built many centuries ago. This means that one cannot drive down the small cobblestone street the guest house is located on. But on the upside, a constant stream of water is running on the edge of the street (and many streets in Ollantaytambo) for one of the most charming and remarkable effects I've ever experienced in any town. It's worth nothing that the plumbing cannot handle bathroom tissue being flushed, so the aroma of the washroom once it is used is less than might be desired. But the (very pleasant) sound of running water is everywhere to be heard, the bonuses included area great value, the room is even more adorable than it appears in the photos, and the service is exceptional.
