As you drive down the tree lined street you will arrive at a unique little home with parking right outside the front door. This is not an apartment building so it is your own private entrance. As you walk into the newly renovated house, the first thing you will notice on the wall is a 42” flat screen TV with internet connection (wifi throughout as well), wireless mouse and keyboard. There is also a DVD player and a Wii for your use.
As you walk down the arched hallway you will pass the bathroom on the left, with new full sized bathtub and shower. Continue on and you will find yourself in the Kitchen. The kitchen is beautiful with brand new fridge and stainless steel gas range for any cooks out there. Of course any type of pot, pan, knives, plating or bake ware you might need are also there for your use. A Trader Joe’s (grocery store) is located not even a block away.
As you open the sliding glass doors, you step out from the kitchen to a wonderful enclosed patio. It is private and you can do as you please....as in sun bathe in your birthday suit if you wish, have a romantic candlelit dinner, or just relax and talk. There is a tent for your use that has a meshed top so if you feel inspired you can take it and open it up in the patio, we also keep sleeping bags and a queen sized air mattress that can be put inside the tent so you can lay down and stare at the stars or if you’re adventurous enough, do some urban camping. If that’s not your cup of tea, there is a queen size bed with plenty of blankets and bedding.

My girlfriend and were visiting some friends in west hollywood for the weekend. We wanted a nice relaxing place in a fun area and I don't think we could have found a more perfect place. The space is incredible. Its big, bright, open and beautifully furnished. The private patio is amazing. Its large colorful and sun filled. The only problem you might encounter is the urge to stay in the entire time and relax in this wonderful space. Juan Carlos and Jessica are perfect hosts. They were equal parts helpful, friendly and proactively available. We honestly can't see ourselves staying anywhere else during our next trip to LA.
We had an OK experience. Jessica let us check in early which we were very happy about since we had our two little ones with us. The description and photos were accurate. However we had couple issues. First of all, there was no coffee maker in the kitchen (only a french press) nor was any coffee. Also, there was no hand soap in the bathroom. I texted about having no soap in the apartment but did not get a response to that. Even the most basic motels have coffee and hand soap. Considering how much we paid, (we even had to pay extra for our 6 month old baby) I expected to have the basics and cleanliness, at least. Because dog hair was everywhere. Even in the bed. On the bright side, we did not have any parking issues. Location was good, quick drive to all major neighborhoods. We really enjoyed the terrace after kids went to bed.
Dila, I am so sorry your stay was anything less than perfect. I do want to point out for future guests who might be reading this though that there is a french press and coffee in the kitchen for your use, as well as many different kinds of teas and a tea pot. There is also extra hand soap and dish soap under the kitchen counter that I suggested for you to use. I think the disconnect came from the expectation you would have all of the same amenities that a hotel offers - but it's important to remember that with Airbnb you aren't staying at a hotel, you're staying in a home. Thank you for your feedback, it's always appreciated.
Our stay at Juan & Jessica apartment was beautiful. The bungalow is cozy and the patio is simply perfect for L.A. weather
The apartment is perfectly located near public transportation (10 meters to Santa Monica blvd), great food spots and -for your everyday stuff- target and starbucks.
Jessica was a perfect host and helped us in any possible way during our stay and responded quickly to our needs and questions.
We had a truly beautiful stay in this lovely bungalow in West Hollywood. The place was just as gorgeous as the pictures with every nook and cranny filled with cute art work. I stayed with three other people which was a little tight for this space I think. It worked out since we were all family but it might be too small of a space for four friends since there is only one two person bed. Parking was also a little tricky at first but followed Jessica's suggestion of parking at a side street and that worked perfectly. The backyard/courtyard is the greatest part about this space and is a great place to have your morning coffee. I highly recommend this location and would stay again with maybe one or two other people again.
Nice location close to everything. Loved hanging out on the patio!
