Large apartment (70m ² / 760 ft ²) very sunny (facing south-east) situated in a gated, secure and quiet residence with free parking in front of the building. Large living room and fully equipped kitchen opening onto a terrace of 20m² with a beautiful view of the city. Two quiet rooms north side and a bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower. Wifi and multi-channel TV (Canal+ subscription included). Plancha on the terrace.
The linen is provided (sheets, towels ...) and all commodities for the kitchen (salt, pepper ... etc..). We also have a Nespresso ® machine.

Upon arrival, you will be given a map of the city showing all the places to visit. Otherwise, feel free to ask me any questions!
A document showing all the rules to be observed at the apartment during your stay you will be given upon arrival.
A manual telling you how is working the appartment will also be given but you can call me if you encounter a problem. I would not necessarily be in the area but someone will always be there for you.
For arrival and departure, we'll fix them together according to our availability.

Salut c'est moi Julien! Je suis conseiller financier dans une grande banque française. J'aime le sport (j'ai fais de la natation pendant des années), mon pays natal (la Lozère) et bien sûr rencontrer des gens et voyager!
J'habite à Montpellier, une ville très étudiante et très vivante, baignée par le soleil presque toute l'année.
Mais comme je voyage souvent, peut-être viendrais-je un jour chez vous, qui sait?!
