Welcome to our serene 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom countryside home in Bentonville, AR. This corner of the world is known for the beautiful Ozarks, world class art museums, delicious food, and incredible biking. Bentonville proudly calls itself the " Mountain Bike Capital of the World" for good reason.

If you are a foodie, a biker, an art enthusiast, or just like the outdoors, please consider staying with us in the GravelHouse. You will feel like you're out in the woods, miles from civilization... but in reality you are 15 minutes from the famous Bentonville City Square.

We are on the north side of Bentonville too. This means you are close to Bella Vista and all it has to offer (more biking, hiking, food, and golf). In fact, this house is less than 5 miles from the future OZ Trails headquarters/bike park and first bike chairlift in the area.

Other notes: A 7-minute drive connects you to I-49, leading you to several more attractions. Promenade in Rogers within 20 minutes (concert venues, Top golf, shopping, restaurants, and more). Even downtown Fayetteville (home of the U of AR) is just a 45-minute journey, a perfect day trip opportunity.

The house is situated on 20 acres of land. We are aspiring hobby farmers and have chickens who stay in the old oak barn near the house. Kids and adults might enjoy sticking a weed through their fence and watch them eagerly eat. If you like farm fresh eggs, just let us know. These birds produce plenty.

Typically we ask our guests to stay in the immediate vicinity of the house, but if you're interested in going for walks, hikes, etc - just ask! From the house you can take in a decent view and certainly witness some local wildlife.

We've equipped the home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy a fully functional kitchen, a clothes washer and dryer, a cozy living area for relaxation, and an outdoor space where you can soak in the country atmosphere.
