1950s California Cottage style guest room in my home on a quiet street - close to the studios and 10 minutes from Hollywood and Universal studios. Clean quiet and cozy! I have one cat named Mau - he goes in and out but no litter box. I am an artist/designer and I have my workshop in the back of the house, so I'm there working most of the day. My house has lots of sunlight and a big old orange tree in the back yard bursting with California juicy oranges and Meyer lemons. :)
I prefer to rent the room to someone that has at least one or two reviews from others and has some information and photo posted on their profile. The room accommodates One person only, non smoking.
The guest room and bed is quite comfy and has a temperpedic mattress topper on the mattress as well. The room is shaded and lovely and stays cool in the summer tho we do have central air conditioning. There are many restaurants, tons of great diverse ethnic cuisine and choices, shopping, and freeway access close by, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, mall, etc....

Full Kitchen, fridge, stove, microwave, full bath and quiet street parking.
The neighborhood is very quiet and the house is on a tree lined culdesac street. The neighbors are friendly and most have lived here for 30 plus years. Los Angeles is a huge melting pot and the restaurants and abundant choices reflect that which is fun if you love to try different cuisine.
Convenient to all shopping, freeways and studios. Close to Valley College and Universal Studios, Trader Joe's and 15 minutes from Hollywood.
The mattress is very comfy with a Temperpedic topper (memory foam) Upgraded Queen/Double sofa bed with memory foam topper.
The accommodation/Listing is for one person only, no guests
No smoking or incense in the house
Plenty of street parking or driveway.
I require two forms of ID, and two referrals on the site.
I prefer not to wear shoes in the house tho it's not mandatory.
