It lists West Goshen Township, PA as #10 best small town on the list and states..."While the town doesn't technically have its own center, it surrounds the store-and restaurant-packed hamlet of West Chester, which serves as the area's unofficial downtown". Also, in The New York Times, September 1, 2013 Travel Section, the "36 Hours" section is about "Brandywine Valley, PA - Among the sites in the land of Wyeths and duPonts: gardens, battlefields and a graceful, meandering river."

There are 2 large bedrooms available. One has twin beds and the other has a queen-size bed. (The picture of the "Blue" bedroom still shows the double bed, but it has been updated to a Queen). A separate private bath is accessible to both bedrooms. A large living room with 46" HDTV is available for your use, as well as an outside deck overlooking the golf course. Garage space is available for your car. The washer and dryer are available for your use. Continental breakfast will be provided which includes coffee, tea, juice, cereal and yoghurt. If you'd like to use my recently renovated kitchen to cook dinner, that can be arranged.
Price quoted is for renting two bedrooms. If you are only interested in one bedrooms, the per night fee is $78.
