Barnhuis is located in the city center of Cape Town, from where much can be reached on foot. Barnhuis was once an old church. Today it is a multifunctional place that seamlessly combines studio, flexible workspaces and intelligent living spaces – for all urban travelers who like to live in the city.

The space
A secured parking lot takes you to the premises. The open living room with adjoining lounge & kitchen also invites you to socialize in winter.
Our apartment has 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms & toilet. The living room sofa can also serve as a guest couch in case of need. Our wind-protected patio invites you to relax and social grilling in the yard.

Nestled in the city center of Cape Town very close and walking distance to the Garden Shopping Centre and the Virgin Active Gym and Pool next door, you don't need a car and can reach any part of the city with Uber, including the beaches.
The airport is a 15 minute walk away.
Enjoy a great coffee at The Archive, The Electric or in the deluxe, eat fresh bread and Shawarmas at the Lebanese Bakery, or classics at New York Bagels. And the Dogs Bollock's Burger is still trending.

We barely have loadshedding because we are on the line with the Parliament. We provide highspeed Internet. The house is fully furnished with love to detail.
We have a super responsible & reliable Cleaning lady that could come once or twice a week. The house is super bright & sunny all day. The wind secured Patio also invites to sit outside & braai on chilly day. The house has 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. The living room , dining room & kitchen are open floorplan & invite to cozy gatherings with friends . Above living unit is a daylight studio that you can use on reduced rates
