Please review the information below before you book. We want our guests to have the right expectations and upfront information when they book so you can have a smooth and happy experience every time.

- We have one dedicated parking spot for an SUV available. The parking spot will not fit a suburban or truck. Street parking is available in plenty.

- Front yard is shared with neighbor.

- The lower basement bedroom is a non-conforming bedroom with windows that do not meet present code egress requirements.

- Quiet hours start at 10 PM. We do not allow loud noises/music, parties in the house.

- You will need to climb stairs - there are 2 flights of stairs and 3 stories.

- Please do not smoke, vape, use marijuana or drugs in the house.

- Extra services available at additional cost for guest comfort: Please inquire and reserve 72 hours in advance for most services as they may not be available last minute:
- Daily / Weekly cleaning / Linen change
