If you're interested in sightseeing, you'll find a Neoclassical church, the Cueva Pintada archaeological site, a museum of the painter Antonio Padrón, excellent and varied cuisine at affordable prices, shops for all kinds of purchases, and of course, a vast coastal area to discover with countless charming coves (Sardina, Agaete, and El Agujero, with its Fronton waves, known worldwide for being the best left-hander in the world for bodyboarding and where the World Bodyboarding Finals are held annually).
