The space
Our is located in Olde Marco in a quiet 30-unit building overlooking the water with beautifully landscaped grounds, a heated pool, clubhouse, and shared BBQ area.

When entering the unit, you will be greeted by an open concept layout, with a full kitchen, dining nook, and living room. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials, including a coffee maker and dishwasher. A full-sized pull-out sofa provides additional sleeping arrangements..

Help yourself to the in-unit washer and dryer (and complementary laundry soap) adjacent to the bathroom. There's plenty of counter space for all of your needs in the bathroom, which features a stand-up shower with glass doors.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed with an additional TV and a spacious walk-in closet with 2 Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrella for your beach excursions. Cable and high speed WiFi and a little workstation are also available if you need to get some work done.

Off the bedroom is a private balcony providing peek-a-boo views of the Marco River to the North where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

Please note that there is an elevator on-site, BUT there are an additional 3 steps after the elevator to get to the second floor.

Boat docks are on a first-come first-serve basis for a maximum of 8 days. Please let us know at booking if you want to reserve a dock. No trailer parking available on-site.

Other things to note
**The property will be undergoing construction repairs from August 2025 possibly through April 2026. During this window, during business hours of 8am-5pm there will be loud noises, banging, sawing, dust, scaffolding, and other construction related noises and activities. Parking and or pool availability may be altered or unavailable and subject to notice. Refunds will not be issued for construction related noise or activity. **


‣ Upon booking, you will be provided with details and instructions on how to register with the HOA.

‣ We love our animals, but sorry, no pets are allowed.

‣ No smoking inside or outside the unit.

‣ For added security, a recording device is installed outside the front door and on the balcony overlooking the parking lot.
