NEWLY RENOVATED! Crystal Cove is situated on Sapphire Beach (best view on island overlooking St. John and the BVIs). On site are three restaurants and is short walk from marina with excursions, water sports, and day trip options. Less than 5 minutes from shopping, entertainment, and lots of restaurants in Red Hook and ferry to St. John. The complex has direct beach access, pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and beach chairs available for guest use. Great snorkeling directly from beach!

The space
NEWLY RENOVATED! Crystal Cove is situated on Sapphire Beach (best view on island overlooking St. John and the BVIs). This 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo is perfect for 5/6 people. King size bed in primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom that was recently gutted and totally renovated with beautiful shower and fixtures. There are 2 murphy beds in living room and another full bathroom off the living room that was totally renovated with stylish tile shower. BOTH BATHROOMS RECENTLY FULLY RENOVATED down to the studs. FULLY RENOVATED kitchen with beautiful tile backsplash and white quartz countertops. Four barstools with additional stool in closet and desk chair if needed. Private backyard sitting area with tropical feel and grill. Beach chairs are on site and the condo complex has a large pool and 2 tennis courts and 2 pickle ball courts. There is also a walking path around the pond. Exterior of beachside has been fully renovated with new windows and doors.

The condo location is PERFECT- there is a beach bar on site with tropical drinks and yummy food- excellent fish tacos, burgers, salad, chicken sandwiches, grilled cheese, etc. The pizza restaurant Paradise Pie is on site and serves up delicious pizzas and wings. Sea Salt is an upscale restaurant with a variety of gourmet dishes above the pizza place. Every Sunday there is live music at the beach bar. There is a coffee and ice cream shop on site and a boutique, Naia's for great souvenirs. Sudi's restaurant is a short walk away. The Sapphire marina has lots of options for day trips, jet skiing, and parasailing. Red Hook is less than a mile away with tons of food, entertainment, and shopping options. The ferry to St. John and the bvis is located in Red Hook, making it an easy day trip!

*The beach during certain times of the year has sargassum grass which the condo complex actively cleans up every day. There are no refunds for sargassum grass.
