Garden Studio with a private entrance around the corner from the front door of the main house.
This large studio walks out into a peaceful garden courtyard with a nice sitting area.
While the suite is part of our well-maintained corner house surrounded by vegetation, your own entrance from the street makes the suite much more secluded than a room in someone’s home.

The space
Your private entrance directly from the street leads to a beautiful garden-patio area, an excellent place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. When you enter to your private room you will find a comfortable Queen size bed, en suite bathroom,closet, a table for two and a Breakfast Bar area with mini-fridge, keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, plus few goodies, coffee, tea and drinks awaiting for you.
Please note, there is NO KITCHEN.
New Samsung Smart TV, Free Wifi and maps of the area as well.
This is a studio in a garden level of a private home. Our family living space is above it and there can be a modest amount of noise briefly in the morning and again in the evening.
People enjoy their privacy having their own separate entrance from the street and being in front of the Lands End trails with views of the Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge just steps away, an added bonus to an already great and welcoming space. Golden Gate Park and the famous Cliff House are just few blocks away.
Here you will find a private, safe and relaxing environment.

Guest access
You can come and go as you wish without having to go through our living area. You will have your own entrance around the corner from the front door. You will find privacy in a safe and relaxing environment.
Feel free to ask us any questions during your stay. I’ll provide your access code prior your arrival.

Other things to note
-QUIET TIMES from 10:30pm to 7:30am.
-There is NO KITCHEN in the Studio and no microwave.
-No guests, other than registered.
-Sub-letting is prohibited. Occupancy limited only to the person(s) whose
name(s) appear on the Airbnb contract.
-Street parking with NO TIME LIMIT all around the house. Parking permits are NO required at all. Ask me for parking tips if you will have a car.
-Easy access to the city and downtown area by public transportation.
-House pets are no allowed in the Studio.

We are situated right across from the Lincoln Park Golf course, just few steps from the Lands End trails where you will catch amazing views of the Bay and the Golden Gate Bridge. This Studio is walking distance to The Golden Gate Park, The Palace of Legion of Honor and The Lincoln Park Golf Course.
Ocean Beach and Sutro Baths are only few blocks away , all these with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean.
Easy access to the airport (SFO) and Silicon Valley.
In just 5 minutes driving you can cross the Golden Gate Bridge and head North to Sausalito, Marin Headlands, Muir Woods,Napa and Sonoma Valley.
If you are driving or using public transportation, we are a block from Geary Boulevard, a street that runs from the Ocean to the heart of downtown San Francisco.
You can never get lost if you look for Geary Blvd., which is a main artery that split the city from WEST to EAST (from the Pacific Ocean to Union Square in just 20 minutes).
Street parking is ample and free.
Walgreens is a block away and it is open until 11pm. There is a weekly Farmers Market (every Wednesday) across the street. Safeway, is a three minutes ride away and it closes at midnight.
There are a wash and fold services and same-day dry cleaning within a few blocks.
Diverse and reasonably priced neighborhood restaurants within walking distance or a short bus ride.
Bakeries and local coffee places are close by.
