Byron room for 2 walk everywhere

House - Private room · Kingsley Street, Byron Bay, NSW 2481, Australia

The Space

Hi! We have a room available with two single beds. Its a great location just down the road from Byron Bay main and Clark's beaches and the lighthouse walk, and a short stroll to The Pass, markets, cafes, shops so its easy to walk or ride everywhere. Its in an older style original beach house. Furnishings are simple but comfortable.

Its an original Byron beach house with big breezy verandah, big loungeroom with timber floors and french doors opening onto verandah, inside and outside dining areas, outdoor daybed nook, shady garden under a fig tree, old fashioned but nicely equipped kitchen with juicer and rice cooker, modern bathroom plus second toilet. The bedroom is light and breezy, has comfy beds, a simple hanging clothes rack, small table with drawer and a chair. Our family living area is downstairs and there are 4 bedrooms upstairs. We invite people who are here for the healthy creative lifestyle and blissful environment (ie. if you want wild partying there is plenty of room at the backpackers!) We have a pretty relaxed little home here!

Its a great house in a top spot, if you want to make the most of the best bit of beach in the shire, be convenient to all town has to offer by foot or bike, and come home somewhere relaxed to the sound of the sea at night, i'm sure you will love it here.

Byron is a natural wonderland and a cultural whirlwind with so much on offer. I have lived all around the north coast over 16 years and can point you in the right direction for classes, music, walks, yoga, cafes, markets, movies, surf breaks, hinterland adventures, and creative and fun stuff to get into.

  • The house is spacious, comfortable and just amazing! Everyone I met was really friendly and I enjoyed Byron very much! The centre and the beach are about 10 minutes away (walking). So everything was easily accessible. A disadvantage is that there's no wifi but it said so in the description, so I can't complain about that. The house was very clean and beautiful. I felt comfortable and safe there. So this is a clear recommendation for this place. I'd definitely go there again. Byron is just beautiful and the house is the right place for a nice evening after a day at the beach.

  • I had a great stay at Holly's. The house is very open, bright and conveniently located. You can walk to the nicest part of the beach, as well as the town centre in about 10min. The Café (Topshop) around the corner is also worth a visit. The other people staying at Holly's where all long time travellers and super helpful and easygoing. The house is quiet and you've got lots of room to chill on the terrace or lounge room. I even extended my stay because I liked it so much. For me personally the only negative point would be that there's no wifi at the house, but there's plenty of options for that in town.

  • Really nice and calm place. 10 min walking from byron town center. 5 from the best beach and surf break around.

  • Holly's place is like a home away from home. The 4 bedrooms and generously sized living and kitchen areas makes it feel like a share house, in the best way. The room and beds are basic, but comfortable. Towels are provided and the living area has a lovely balcony to sit on and while away the afternoon. Positioned just outside the hustle of town means it's a relaxing place in the suburbs - falling asleep to ocean sounds and waking up to birds and kids. Holly is very helpful and easy to communicate with. Thank you for making a busy family wedding weekend like a relaxing holiday for my sister and I! Will be back for sure.

  • Great Byron base - easy walk to beach and nearby Top Shop. Large and comfortable with very user friendly kitchen. Would stay again as value for money for a twin bed room. There was choice of double or twin so good if with partner or friend!

  • Byron was the last station on my australian trip and with the stay in Hollys home absolut perfect! If you you need something you'll find help by Holly or her husband downstairs. Both are great! Great is although the flat of the travellers, where you live in a wondrful community.

  • I had a fantastic stay at Holly's place! The house is very nice and lovely furnished and it's just a short walk down to the beach and also not too far to town. The atmosphere is very relaxing and friendly. Would definitely stay there again!

  • I enjoyed my week at Holly's, accommodation was good and enjoyed the company of the other house guests. I hired a bike for the week so I could easily commute to the beach and the shops.
I am a regular traveller to Byron and hope to do the trip again next year.
    Regards
    Andrew
