This is situated on the top floor of the apartment you can either access it via the lift which is near your apartment or the stairs. It has unobstructed 360-degree views of its surrounding with views of Durban inland and the mountains in the distance.
When it’s not cloudy you can catch a glimpse of the sunset from the rooftop.

There may be some roadside noise of vehicles driving past.
There’s a brilliant app which outlines any upcoming/cancelled loadshedding. It’s called EskomSePush & allows you to track multiple areas so it’s definitely beneficial for use in all areas across South Africa. The app will ask you to enter the area, please search and select Mount Edgecombe Estate East, Zone 12B. Please come prepared for loadshedding as the property is self-catering.
