Paradise Point by Bailey Vacation Properties is in a quiet neighborhood in Perdido Key, Florida and provides PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS for the neighborhood AND backyard access to BOATING ON THE OPEN WATER. The neighborhood is surrounded by the sanctuary of Perdido Key State Park, which adds to the peacefulness. Come relax on the uncrowded beach, swim in the PRIVATE HEATED POOL, fish off the backyard TREX dock, hit the volleyball around, and park YOUR BOAT or a RENTAL Boat on the water right in the backyard! *All pools heated March 1 - November 30th*

If the exclusiveness of the neighborhood isn't enough to draw you in, this luxurious 7 bedroom/ 5 bath house and a PRIVATE HEATED POOL with a Tiki Bar, in-pool seating, splash pad, HOT TUB, and TV certainly will. Short Walk, Bike, or ride from the front door to the ocean. Park your boat or rental at the dock behind the house for the duration of your stay...and explore all that the waterways of Orange Beach, Perdido Key, and Pensacola have to offer.

For your beach outings, we provide a commercial Icemaker, cooler with wheels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, and a wagon with off-road tires to tote your belongings. For waterway play, we provide 2 kid kayaks, 2 adult kayaks, and a SUP stand up paddleboard! For your boat, we provide pilings to tie up multiple boats, with power and water at the dock.

There is ample covered and uncovered seating on the spacious balconies, tiki bar, Trex and pool decks. Ring Toss, Bocce ball, Bean Bag corn hole boards, and a PUTTING GREEN are provided for guest entertainment. The volleyball court provides fun for all! 2 Tennis & 6 Pickleball Courts in the neighborhood!

The entire 7 bedroom 5 bath house has recently been remodeled top to bottom with coastal finishes and high-end furnishings. All bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses or Tempurpedic memory foam mattresses to ensure a restful night's sleep. Professional Series stainless appliances are in the kitchen, which is fully stocked to cook and serve your guests.

The living rooms both feature ample seating with a large 4k HD TV. All the bedrooms, living rooms, gameroom, and tiki bar feature HD Streaming TVs. There is super fast wi-fi internet throughout the house.

Neighborhood highlights

We fell in love with the neighborhood a couple of years before we bought anything. There is nothing like it in the area. Most other choices for a house are either on the beach with no direct bay access or on the bay with no direct beach access. This neighborhood allows you to have the best of both. We looked at several properties in the neighborhood for over two years before we purchased. The quality, size, and proximity to the beach access, along with numerous decks, and stunning 360-degree views sealed the deal for us. We can get involved with so many fun, different activities in one it never gets old!

Perdido 'Lost' Key is such an amazing area in itself. There is a much slower pace in general, yet still plenty to do, and great places to eat. But, if you want to get into the thick of the coastal attractions, it's a very short drive to Pensacola, Orange Beach, Foley or Gulf Shores.
