Luxurious, fresh and very comfortable with different social spaces to enjoy with family and friends, with a good-sized pool to enjoy and relax. Designed with contemporary materials and a large mango tree that makes up an incredible outdoor view.

The space
The property has a social area on the first floor: living room, dining room, kitchen, TV room, terrace with barbecue and outdoor sink, full bathroom and swimming pool (This area has Alexa connected to the sound system built into the house), air-conditioned area and water purifier. The private area of 2 floors: 2 bedrooms with King-size beds, each with air conditioning and Alexa, fan, minibar, TV, closet, full bathroom each with pressurized hot and cold water. The master bedroom has a small private garden and an extra shower outside.
