Sharp Reef Retreat by Bailey Vacation Properties is inside a quiet neighborhood in Perdido Key, Florida that provides PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS for the neighborhood, AND backyard access to BOATING ON THE OPEN WATER. The neighborhood is surrounded by the sanctuary of Perdido Key State Park, which adds to the peacefulness. Come relax on the uncrowded beach, swim in the PRIVATE HEATED POOL, fish off the backyard TREX dock, practice on our PUTTING GREEN and park YOUR BOAT or a RENTAL Boat on the water right in the backyard!

The house has just been remodeled throughout and has all new furniture. PRIVATE HEATED POOL, Trex decking throughout, and lovely interior.

If the exclusiveness of the neighborhood isn't enough to draw you in, this upscale 3 bedroom/ 3.5 bath house certainly will. Walk 4 minutes from the front door to the ocean. Park your boat or rental at the dock behind the house for the duration of your stay, explore all that the waterways of Orange Beach, Perdido Key, and Pensacola have to offer.

For your beach outings, we provide an Icemaker, cooler with wheels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, and a wagon with off-road tires to tote your belongings. For waterway play, we provide 2 kid kayaks, 3 adult kayaks, and a SUP stand up paddleboard! For your boat, we provide a place to tie up for the duration of your stay. 2 Tennis & 6 Pickleball Courts across the street from the house!

There is ample seating with a water view from 3 balconies. Ring Toss and Bean Bag corn hole boards are provided for guest entertainment.

The entire 3 bedroom 3.5 bath house has recently been remodeled top to bottom with coastal finishes and high-end furnishings. Stainless appliances in the kitchen, which is fully stocked to cook and serve your guests.

The living room features new furniture and a 55" 4k HD TV and Blu Ray player. All the bedrooms feature HD TVs. All 4 TVs are ROKU streaming TVs with Netflix, YouTube, and other apps. There is super fast wifi internet throughout the house.

- Paper towels & trash bags
- Tide pods for up to 4 loads

Bathrooms:
- Soft cotton towels + dedicated makeup towels

Neighborhood highlights

We fell in love with the neighborhood a couple of years before we bought anything. There is nothing like it in the area. Most other choices for a house are either on the beach with no direct bay access or on the bay with no direct beach access. This neighborhood allows you to have the best of both. We looked at several properties in the neighborhood for over two years before we purchased. The quality, size, and proximity to the beach access, along with numerous decks, and stunning 360-degree views sealed the deal for us. We can get involved with so many fun, different activities in one it never gets old!

Perdido 'Lost' Key is such an amazing area in itself. There is a much slower pace in general, yet still plenty to do, and great places to eat. But, if you want to get into the thick of the coastal attractions, it's a very short drive to Orange Beach, Foley, Pensacola, or Gulf Shores.
