Check In
  • Phillip was very welcoming and so easy to get in touch with via text. I really enjoyed the fresh farm eggs and tomatos. The accommodations were simple but comfortable. Thanks again!

  • Staying with Phil for a week was great. The room was clean and comfortable, and the home was quiet. Phil's also interesting to talk with, and is as welcoming as the home itself. I'd definitely stay again.

  • Phillips house was very clean, spacious and our room was comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed his backyard chickens and the other roommates were welcoming and kind.

  • Phillip was very helpful, room was clean, quiet, easy access to bathroom. The house was beautiful and clean also. I was sorry to get there so late and leave so early, seems like a nice place to relax in Sacto.

  • I had an excellent stay at Phil's house. Clean accommodations, easy parking in front of his house and Phil makes for an excellent host. There are usually multiple AirBNBers staying at this home -- anywhere from a few days, weeks to months- - and when I was there they were cooking together and very friendly. There are canaries in the house and backyard chickens, so be aware there might be some noise, but I didn't find it problematic at all.

  • Phillip is a great guy, and the room/house was really good.

He had fresh eggs from his chicken coop for breakfast and being a city slicker, I was not familiar with how delicious fresh eggs are in the morning.

    Very pleasant stay...

  • Phillip was very welcoming and the house was quiet. Phillip went out of his way to accommodate my erratic schedule and I appreciated it. The only issue was that the shower turned off a few minutes into my bath. Aside from that great stay.

  • Philip was an excellent host. He was very accommodating of my situation and was quick and easy to speak with. He has a beautiful home with a very relaxing atmosphere. I would certainly recommend staying here!

  • Phil was a truly gracious host. He greeted us with the offer of Pecan pie! The bedroom was large and comfortable and quiet. Nice. Plus he had a fire going for us in the front room when we returned from our party. And coffee and great conversation Sunday morning. No problem parking on the street. Big kudos for a fun stay.

  • The place is located in a quiet neighborhood. I stayed for one night and received a breakfast before I left early in the morning. Very kind. The room itself was clean, the towel was washed, but it smelled weird. In general, the house has a shabby feel and smells musty.
