Enjoy an amazing vacation at this centrally located Boyne City, Lake Charlevoix home. Newly renovated with beautiful decor and amazing lake views. The large kitchen is fully stocked, high speed internet, sleeps 10 in beds. Outdoor patio and dock, yard for games. Walking distance to Young State Park and less than 2 miles to downtown Boyne City. Winter, spring, summer, fall this place really has it all. Boyne Mtn resort is 10 minutes away and offers skiing, golf, water park, spa, zip line.

The space
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has been totally remodeled and is absolutely beautiful. Very spacious living area located on the bay in Boyne City. The bay is generally calm on this side of the lake so it provides a great swimming area.

Guest access
Guest may access the entire home except the garage.

Other things to note
There is a dock but you cannot tie a boat to the dock. A temporary mooring is available to rent from Summertime Rentals.

Absolutley NO PETS, SMOKING or EVENTS/PARTIES.

Do not park in the grass! There are sprinkler heads that could be damaged.

Quiet hours from 10:30-9:00 am

Please take trash to the curb on Tuesday night.
