This is a two-story home with two separate entrances. The main entrance is located upstairs, and there is a studio downstairs. There is one staircase inside the home connecting both levels, and an exterior staircase on the porch that leads down to the lower level.

Maximum Occupancy: 12 guests total, including children.

Pets: Small dogs (up to 30 lbs.) are welcome with prior approval. A $200 pet fee per stay applies.

Please note that bringing additional guests beyond the approved reservation or an unapproved pet will result in additional charges of $250 per person or pet, per day, and may also result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
