  • I had an awesome experience staying at Eriks. I couldn't have asked for more. The other room mates were very friendly, Erik was a great host. I would definitely stay here again!

    Response from Erik:

    Glad to have you!!!

  • Erik was accommodating to my unique scheduling needs and I was pleased to have the company of others in this communal-style townhouse. As a commuter who isn't bothered with the idea of a shared space, I found my stay to be comfortable, and plan to return for future work trips. I thoroughly enjoyed the opportunities I had to speak with Erik, and the other guests, and found everyone to be very giving and considerate. Junyo the cat and I began a love affair that will blossom, as I am sure the goat cheese I snuck him (sorry, Erik) left a lasting impression. One recommendation--if you are bothered by noise to bring earplugs, as the beds can be a bit squeaky. Thanks!

    Response from Erik:

You are awesome!!! The cat also agrees :)

  • If you are looking for a bargain place, this places serves the purpose. You get to meet many travelers, if you love to meet random people you may enjoy staying here.

    Good to have you!!!

  • Shopping center with grocery store and restaurants next door, great jogging/biking trail, nice host. For a budge, recommend.

    January 2014
  • Eric was very accommodating and overall I had a great stay. There was a full kitchen and bathroom to share with other guests. This is a great place to layover for a few nights when you're on a budget.

    January 2014
  • Good location, nice host, good community feel. Dorm feel but worked well for my needs.

    January 2014
    Response from Erik:

Glad you enjoyed your stay with me :)

  • Erik was an amazing host. He is very positive, extremely helpful and open person. I deeply enjoyed staying at his apartment. There is an incredible community of people at the place. If you are ok with dorm-like environment, this place is for you.

There is a great kitchen in the house, so it's easy to cook if you would like. Other facilities like cleaner and dryer are also included. Grocery store is 15 meters away. I would highly recommend staying at Erik's.

However, public transport is very bad at the Valley, so if you plan on using it, be ready for a 20 minutes walk to the Caltrain station or the bus stop.

    Response from Erik:

Great pleasure having you, good luck with your marketing company!

    Response from Erik:

Great having you here Carlos! Congratulations again on winning Angel Hack!!! Let me know if you need anything.

  • Cheapest place to stay around. Good amenities - eric is a great host.

The other hosts in room(around 6) are good to interact and you will have fun time with them

I'll try nearly anything once; I am a 43 y/o adventurous spirit. I've gone bungee jumping, bridge walking, and rock climbing. I enjoy swimming, tennis, basketball and jui jitsu. I bring warmth to those around me and extend myself when others need a hand. I believe attracting positive things to my life is a result of sharing my positive energy with others. I've been dedicated to my career in public health - psychology. My early affinity for helping others, as my mom says, developed when I was very young. The large family that I hail from weren't much help in deterring me away from a career in helping others either. Since eligible to work at the age of 16, I've held some type of job in public health that I fostered into a career with the help of a BA, then MA in Psychology. My more recent venture is a return to school for a Ph.D. Between work, school, volunteering and trying to maintain some semblance of a social life, I have a rich schedule that keeps me on my toes. I've done a bit of traveling in my life. At an early age, family vacations took me to Canada and Mexico and in more recent years personal and business brought me to Paris, Holland, Bulgaria, London, Tijuana, and Italy. Domestically, I've been to all of the West Coast States, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, NY, Florida to spout off a few. :-) I look forward to meeting many folks through this service, perhaps one of those people will be you. Cheers & safe travels, ~Erik
