Ground Floor
-Living room: Two white sofas, coffee tables, and a 65’’ Smart TV, with direct access to the pool terrace.
-Dining area: Comfortably seats twelve guests.
-Kitchen: Fully equipped with state-of-the-art built-in appliances and a breakfast counter with integrated hobs, ideal for casual meals or morning coffee.
-Bedroom 1: King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), ensuite with stand-up shower, work desk, 55” Smart TV, ceiling fan, and direct access to the pool terrace with seating for two.
-Bedroom 2: King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), ensuite with stand-up shower, 55” Smart TV, ceiling fan, open closet, suitcase stand, and direct pool terrace access with seating for two.
-All bedrooms feature self-controlled air conditioning and personal safe deposit boxes. Bathrooms are stocked with premium Molton Brown toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, and hairdryers.
First Floor
-Bedroom 3: King-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m), ensuite with stand-up shower, 55” Smart TV, ceiling fan, suitcase stand, balcony access with sea and olive grove views, outdoor seating for two, and a hammock.

Serves as the villa’s chill-out hub for relaxation, entertainment, and wellness.
-Indoor pool: 25 m², 0.80–1.20 meters deep, built-in hydromassage, step access, optional heating (extra charge), four loungers, and seating area.
-Home cinema: 75” Smart TV with surround sound, sofas, Blu-ray player, board games, PS5, and two portable Bluetooth speakers.

**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
