Large and spacious 3 bedroom villa on a 800m2 plot. Very central location with good breakfast, lunch and diner restaurants and nice shops in the neighborhood. The villa is build in a beautiful classic style with a lot of wood and a big garden. Newly renovated. It has a spacious living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms with Air Conditioning, 3 bathrooms with toilet and shower, smart TV, Wifi, sofa, washing machine, dining area, pool, trampoline and a beautiful veranda.

The villa is approximately 200m2, located on a spacious piece of land of 800m2. Perfect with children. The villa is surrounded by a large garden and lots of greenery. The spaces:

The entire villa is on one level. You have the entire villa to yourself.

The villa is a very complete, large and homely villa. We have tried to make it as pleasant as possible for our guests and provide many amenities in the house.

Spacious kitchen with dining table, lounge area with television, three bedrooms with a double bed / twin bed and each with its own bathroom with toilet. Each bedroom has a large wardrobe in which you can hang and put everything. Outside there is a swimming pool with outdoor shower. If you have a lot of stuff with you, there is a storage room. In the villa there are children's supplies such as; a baby bed, trampoline, high chair and toys. We can also arrange a pool fence (for an additional cost). Please indicate in advance if the children's supplies are required, so that we can prepare them for you.

Kitchen, living room and bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans + air conditioning. The living room has a large table with electricity nearby where you can work comfortably.

The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook or have a delicious dinner. There is a large dining table for 6 people. In the cozy sitting area, with smart TV, you can relax.

There is currently a project going on in our street. This is on the other side of our street, diagonally across from us. There is quite a bit of space between us, including a street, large garden and wall. We don't usually receive any complaints from our guests, but depending on the construction work, there may be some noise. Any noise, if any, will stop at 5:30 PM. So far, there hasn't been much inconvenience because there's plenty of space between them. But just to be sure, we're now offering a 20% discount on the regular price for any inconvenience (already processed in the price you see here in Airbnb). We expect this situation until 01-03-2026.

The location is right in the middle of Berawa, a popular and attractive area of Canggu. The villa is located in a very quiet, dead-end street. As a result, there is virtually no traffic in our street. In terms of sound, it is generally quiet. You can be on the beach within 5 minutes. Many nice shops, restaurants, party places, entertainment venues, sports facilities, etc. are within walking distance or few minutes by scooter. Practical matters such as launderettes, beauty salons, drugstore and local grocery shop are also within walking distance.
