Giuseppe has been a very nice and helpful host, he gave us lots of interesting tips about Rome.
The flat is very clean - you could eat your diner off the floor !
The kitchen is convenient, there is everything you need for cooking. Giuseppe backed a delicious cake for our arrival and bought some yoghurt for the breakfast.
The bed is huge and very comfortable.
The building is very well located, secure and close to the station.
I would definitely recommend this flat.
Giuseppe has been a wonderful host. He wasn't in town for the weekend, but managed to have everything go as smooth as it possibly could. Helped out with suggestions and took care of our comfort in any possible (remote) way. The apartment is really spacious and cozy, with everything you might need and public transport is just a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended!
We spent a week in Giuseppes appartment. It was very nice with enough space for the three of us. A good place to relax from the busy town. Nearby metro and bus, so in good reach of all the beauty of Rome. Many thanks to Giuseppe for the hospitality and the breakfast.
Definitely a home away from home! We stayed at Giuseppe's beautiful apartment on the last 2 days of our 3 week vacation. It was fabulous! Very comfortable with a living area large enough for my family of 5 to relax in together. Plenty of sleeping space with comfortable beds and nice linens and towels. The bathroom is quite large. There is no air conditioning but after opening the windows and getting some cross ventilation in motion it does cool off quite nicely at night. I felt like Giuseppe was welcoming a family member when I found fresh fruit, milk, juice and water in the fridge for our use. He also left cereal and cookies. His kitchen was well equipped with all we needed to prepare our own dinner. We had actually decided to go to a restaurant that Giuseppe had recommended that was down the street but found out that they didn't open until later in the evening. We walked to the grocery store down the street and bought food to prepare our own meal. (Quite a treat after having eaten out every meal for 3 weeks!) The location is in a neighborhood instead of the city center which was a nice change of pace. Very close to the metro and very easy to get around. Being in a local neighborhood was a great experience however, we didn't find anyone that spoke English as we had when we were in the heart of the city. We were able to communicate with the help of our Italian phrase book and patience on the part of the locals! I would definitely stay at this apartment again. Giuseppe was always very quick to respond to e-mails and went out of his way to make our stay more enjoyable!
Giuseppe's flat in Rome was great. It's located within walking distance of a metro station, making it convenient for running around the city. Giuseppe was a great host, going out of his way to meet us very late after a delayed flight. He was responsive to the emails we sent and to everything we needed. Highly recommended!
