A splendid chic condo just steps away from the ocean walk. This chic condo is located on the 2nd-floor condo and comes fully furnished with a large balcony and partial sea views.
It offers great value for money. Located at the Cape Panwa on Phuket’s east coast it is perfect for escaping the crowded beaches and overpriced restaurants in the main tourist areas and yet ideal for exploring Phuket town.
There are many nice street foods around this area. It has a nice big pool and our apartment is facing the pool. However, you can enjoy a sea view from the swimming pool and GYM.

☛ To explore the surroundings, renting a scooter or car is recommended, although Songtaews (tuk-tuks) are available for reaching the city, and the GRAB app is at your service.
☛ Daily or weekly cleaning services aren't included, but fear not—we've equipped the apartment with a washer and cleaning tools for your self-care routine and also 2 sets of linen for your monthly stay. If you fancy our cleaning service, feel free to reach out to us. For THB 1000, you can enjoy a thorough cleaning and a change of linens. Alternatively, the local laundry service is cost-effective, charging only THB50-60 per kilogram (weighed after washing and pressing).
☛ While breakfast isn't provided, a fully equipped kitchen awaits your culinary adventures. Make use of the kettle and toaster, and either grab a simple breakfast from 7-11 or Family Mart or treat yourself to a local restaurant's breakfast set for less than THB 100.
