  • Emi is a great host and she cooks so good~She even prepared us sandwich and drink before 4am on that day we left early to Borobudur for sunrise. On following days we also had tasty local food from Emi. Her house locates in a convenient area and has good restaurants nearby. Walking distance to Malioboro street as well. What's more, which is absolutely a plus, Emi just lives in another house has hundreds years history in same yard. You can find her anytime when you need assistance or advice. Two cozy rooms are big enough and decoration is nice. Bathtub is super cool~ You need to check it by yourself~ The end, Emi also has the best driver in town. You will definitely need him to show you around~ Once again, thanks Emi a lot for accommodating us. Hope to see you soon. Linda

  • My girlfriend and I as well as another couple stayed with Emi for one evening. We passed through Yogjakarta for a day to visit the nearby temples. Emi was an amazing host. We arrived very early in the morning and she allowed us to check-in early. She was a warm and friendly host. She helped organize us a driver to take us to the temples as well. The driver Ilhelm (sp?) was one of the best parts of our trip in Indonesia. Although his English wasn't as good, he was always cheerful and positive and he took us to local places to eat.
As for Casa Mia Heritage, we enjoyed our one evening there. We had a comfortable stay and Emi prepared us breakfast before we left. We would stay there again!

  • Emi's family are very nice and willing to help us with enquiries about visiting Jog. The villa is located in relatively quiet residence area with nice restaurants nearby and convenient to reach city center as well. I highly recommend this place.

  • This is my second booking with Emi and Andi. I enjoyed my stay here too much I actually booked this place this time round for my 2 brothers and a friend. They only have good things to say about this place. Emi is a wonderful host, and they couldn't ask for more. The rooms are both very clean and well maintained. The location is superb as well. It is very near Malioboro and you can find many restaurants just outside the gate! Jason, the friendliest dog on the planet was also there to greet them :)

Emi and Andi actually prepared a gift for me! I haven't seen it since I live in Singapore, and my brothers reside in Jakarta. Thank you again Emi and Andi for the great hospitality. I will definitely recommend this place for my friends and family visiting Jogja!

  • We had a fantastic holiday in Yogjakarta, thanks in large part to a lovely stay in the Heritage Pavillion and the kind hospitality of our host Emi. The rooms were large and comfortable, and we enjoyed hanging out and relaxing in the pendopo. Emi cooked delicious breakfasts, gave useful tips for shopping and eating, and also organized a car and driver for our sightseeing at very reasonable rates. Would definitely stay again!

  • Andi and Emi are great hosts. I highly recommend them to host you in Jogja. They responded to my enquiries very promptly and answered all my questions clearly. They were both very accommodating to us and made sure that we get the best driver in town, Pak Ilham. Thanks to him, we travelled very smoothly during our 3 days stay there. Communication was great and most important the service provided was excellent, way better than 5 star hotel. Emi greeted us with a welcome drink and traditional dessert prepared by herself. We were also greeted by Jason, the gorgeous and lovely Golden Retriever. The house is located in the heart of Jogja, making it very convenient to travel around. There is a few good restaurants just minutes away, it is also near to shopping malls, and tourist destinations. The rooms are spacious, clean and spotless. The bed sheet was changed everyday and toiletries and fresh towels are provided. There is mineral water and coffee/tea maker in the room. They also have a big selection of TV channels, both international and local programme. The bathroom is open concept and they have the biggest and coolest bath tub I've ever seen! It's great to take a dip after a long day of travel :D Breakfast is also prepared by Emi, and trust me, she is a great cook! :) She is very friendly and approachable, she always share tips and information about Jogja. Our first trip to Jogja was so memorable and it felt just like home although we were away. Thank you again Andi and Emi for hosting us and I look forward to visiting you again on our next trip to Jogja.

  • This was our first visit to Jogja and we stayed at Casa Mia together with our host Emi, who is also living in the compound with her lovely golden retriever-Jason. The house is located in an awesome location that is close to city center, restaurants, mall, and all the main attractions. We were staying in the left wing of the compound so we definitely get our own quite space, luxury and comfort. Emi helped arrange transport for us with Pak Ilham (an awesome driver who knows in and out of Jogja and is very accommodating and helpful). Emi also prepared awesome breakfast for us every morning and is always approachable for a chat or share with us tips or more about Jogja. The listing is absolutely clean, with a big bath tub in an open concept bathroom that is simply hard to find elsewhere. Even though you are staying in someone's house but you get top notch hotel service. Our sheets are always clean and changed daily. Waters and basic condiments are provided in the room and replenished daily. There is plenty of movies, HBOs, cable TV channel to chose from. Toiletries and towels are provided. Due to our busy schedule we really didn't have much time to sit by the traditional patio/living room to just relax and enjoy the house. We will surely visit Bak Emi and Andi's house again on our next visit.
