Its open-concept layout makes socializing a breeze. You also have access to 2 gorgeous bathrooms with 2 spacious shower glass walk-in. For the ultimate comfort, the house feature a primary room with a king bed and 2 additional rooms with cozy queen beds.

For any evidence of damages on the property, we will pursue and charge a fee to cover the cost.

2-NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind is allowed inside the house. If this rule is disregarded, we will pursue and charge a fee up to 1000$ to cover costs of additional cleaning and deodorizing services.

3- PETS ALLOWED
We welcome well-behaved and house-trained pets to our property. By bringing a pet to the property, you agree to the house rules and take full responsibility for their behavior ans any potential damages that can result to extra fees.

The property is equipped of a Ring camera device located on the outside front door and another camera facing the fence entrance of the backyard. We assure you a full intimacy, we only use those outside cameras to keep the property safe. By booking, you acknowledge and consent to these cameras, in line with Airbnb policies and legal regulations.

This property feature a hot tub in the backyard. The hot tub is equipped of a lid that is always clipped for security. By booking this property, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the safety of your children and guest using the hot tub. I am not responsible for any accident or negligence by using the hot tub, fire pit or the BBQ grill or any other amenities in the house.
