About the Room:
It's a private room with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is a shared bathroom with claw foot tub. The bed will fit two people, and anyone above the two person bed is welcome to crash on one of the two couches or on the floor on a blow up mattress. There are plenty of pillows and blankets available.
About The House:
Historic Craftsman home located in the Fairmount Historic District. Large front porch. Huge pecan tree shading the back patio
There is a parking spot available in front of the house and if you give me enough notice I can ensure you have space to park in the private driveway.
The porch has a table & chairs and a porch swing. You are more than welcome to smoke on the porch as long as you keep the front door shut and dispose of your butts in the provided ashtray.
I don't have any pets, but there are neighborhood cats that hang out in the yard and on the porch.
Respect the neighbors please.
You will have access to all living areas including living room with 46" TV/DVD/Wii. There is also a parlor with full bar and accessories, board games and record player.
You have full use of the kitchen appliances and fridge. I will keep filtered water stocked in the fridge as well as some random snacks. There is also always coffee beans and an assortment of teas available to you.
If I am not traveling I am usually around during the days to have a cup of coffee/wine/beer/cocktail with. I'm a great local tour guide and more than happy to answer any questions about the area or even give you a ride somewhere.

Brandon's house is spacious and comfortable. We loved talking with him about music and craft beer and panther city. Would stay here again for sure.
Very accommodating, organised a room with personal space however was very helpful when we had any questions for him. Also had access to kitchen, bathroom and living room! Really nice area with very convenient methods to explore both Fort Worth and Dallas nearby.
