Create memories at our lakefront cottage with private boat dock in the heart of the ADK Mountains. Wake up to lake and mountain views and then venture out to explore endless hiking trails, or head to the quaint village of Speculator where you will find a shopping, dining and a well stocked grocery store. Kayaks and life jackets provided to aid in your ADK adventure!

The cottage has a wonderful history. Built in 1945 it has been meticulously expanded and upgraded by local craftsmen.

The space
Immerse yourself in nature using this cozy cottage as your home base. Enjoy your coffee and the sensational lake and mountain views from the screened in porch, then head out to explore the lake pocketed region of the Adirondack Mountains where lakes and hiking trails abound! When you're not out adventuring, create simple meals in our very functional "camp" kitchen. After dinner, enjoy s'mores and tell campfire stories around the lakeside fire pit. The large screen tv with ROKU in "guest mode" will allow you to access your own streaming service accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc) via our high speed fiber internet. Our comfortable beds will allow you to rest up for whatever excitement the next day brings, all linens provided. The dock is available for guest use, but will be removed from the lake mid-September.

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the whole cottage. Owners have a home next door and usually spend Fri-Sun there.

Other things to note
There are 4 kayaks and a stand up paddle board. With all required life vests
There is a badminton net with rackets and a portable corn hole game!
