A lovely gite in the Lot et Gsronne, South West France, perfect for couples. 'Arch' is part of Domaine de Beausoleil gites in Lauzun. Set in 5 hectares of beautiful countryside with gardens and 2 swimming pools. Walk to the shops in the picturesque village of Lauzun. 35 mins from Bergerac Airport. Private outdoor space with BBQ.
The space
Perfect for couples. Arch has a kitchenette, dining and sitting area on the ground floor.
The kitchen door leads out into the courtyard which is a great place to sit in the shade.
The front door leads out onto your own sitting area.
A wooden staircase leads to a mezzanine landing which in turn leads to the double bedroom and en-suite shower room with WC.
The cottage has a lovely open plan main room in the local style with exposed beams, a tiled floor and fireplace.
The kitchenette has a cooker, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle and utensils.
There is free wifi, satellite TV and access to two pools.
Outside, Arch has access to the garden and a private area equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.
Arch is ideal for a couple looking for some time together away from it all. There is enough space to accommodate a baby cot on the mezzanine level.

Domaine de Beausoleil is in walking distance (appx. 1km) from the picturesque 13th century village of Lauzun in the department of the Lot et Garonne. This property is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday or a base to explore the many local market towns and medieval villages.
Lauzun with its imposing chateau offers a full complement of facilities including 2 restaurants, post office, cash machine, bar tabac, boulangerie, general store and pharmacy. Tennis, canoeing and horse riding are available nearby.
Bergerac is the closest airport at a 30 minute drive. Eymet and Miramont are both only a short distance away and have weekly markets and a range of supermarkets. Golf is available at Tombeboeuf and "Golf Rustic" at La Sauvetat Du Dropt - both within a 20 minute drive.
Domaine de Beausoleil is deep in the heart of the wine producing region. Vineyards are all around and wine tasting is encouraged! You need not worry about drinking and driving - the gite owners are happy to do the driving!
