Very nice functional apartment. Very close to the subway and bus stop to central Rome. Several nice typical non tourist places to shop for food and drink coffee right around the corner. Arturo who met as and took us to the airport is very kind and helpful as was Silvia:-).
Very nice apartment , clean and comfortable a good neighborhood
Very nice flat, clean, cosy and great situated for discovering Rome. It large enough for the family of 3 persons. There are at least three supermarkets and some nice restaurants nearby. For example,
Al Vecchio Lotto at Via Veio, 43, and Al Piccolo Fiore at Via Cesena, 10. We like them very much!
We had a great vacation.
Thank you Silvia for your hospitality!
Perfect location for a Rome trip. Metro station and supermarket are within arm's reach. Besides, you have everything you need in the apartment. Thank you Silvia and David! Thanks to you we had a great time in Rome!
What a great location. The bus and Metro are just up the block and the Colosseum is within walking distance if you care to stretch your legs. The unit was compact, but comfortable and provided for all our needs. The building is secure with a door man during the day that watched out for us. Silvia was a great host, easily available by phone and responsive to our needs. Thank you for a great experience.
It was great staying at Silvia's flat. Clean, cosy and in a great location, just a few steps away from S. Giovani metro station. We also got a driver arranged by Silvia to meet us at the airport and get us to the doorstep for a smaller rate than taxi which was very helpful and pleasant since we landed quite late. We were welcomed by Silvia's assistant David who spoke great English and responded to any questions quickly.
One thing I think needs to be mentioned is that it's not a two bedroom but one bedroom and a living room that can be used as a bedroom flat. As long as privacy is not a huge issue - you'll love it. Also, pack a wine bottle opener ;] or get one from a local supermercato on Via Matera. The rest is taken care of - towels, dishes, bedding, hairdryer, iron and a washing machine (!)
We loved staying here! Perfect location for us! Easy to access metro and walkable to San Giovanni and even to the colosseum. There is a great little café immediately down stairs that had delicious café and pastry treats. Everything in the flat was clean and quite comfortable. Perfect for our honeymoon (we were greeted with a bottle of wine) - couldn't have asked for more! :)
Apartment is big, light, very clean and cozy, located just 3 mins away from subway and bus stop. Thanks for having us!
We stopped at Sylvia S. Giovanni Gallery Center: Augustus in September 2013. Apartment looks even better than on the photo :) it is convenient and well equipped with very convenient location in Rome, subway 50 meters, close to restaurants and shops. The Coliseum is a 15 min walk to all sights in walking distance. The apartment is modern and clean. Confused was only the noise of roads and vehicles, but over time we used to, this is Rome! :) Sylvia and David responsive and always were ready to help. We and our friends were still satisfied with the stay! Thank you Silvia and David!David private Hello!
