The space

The ideal choice for a Grand Strand golf-and-sea getaway, this inviting escape boasts filtered fairway views with world-class golf and amenity offerings all just steps from the front door. A complimentary resort shuttle offers easy access to the beach and Barefoot Landing (in-season). At home, bask in the cool, coastal breezes while sipping coffee or cocktails out on the private balcony. After a round of golf or a day of sun-soaked fun at the beach, enjoy a refreshing dip in the sparkling, on-site pool.

-We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as community pool, hot tub, weather, your travel plans, illness, etc. If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive last or cancel your stay.

-We supply a starter pack of toiletries only, you may need to replenish during your stay.

This is a pet-friendly rental. No aggressive breeds. Must be house-broken, crate trained, well behaved, and not be allowed directly on furniture. Bring your own covers for furniture, feeding bowls, dog beds, crates, etc

The following types of dogs (pure bred or mix breed) are prohibited in Willow Bend:
 Pit Bulls
 Rottweiler
 Doberman Pinschers
 Chows
 Presa Canarios
 German Shepherds
 Wolf Hybrids

Any dog trained to attack persons, property or other animals or dogs trained to guard persons or property are deemed not to be normal household pets and are therefore prohibited.

Owners, dependents, guests, tenants, and lessees (if allowed per their rental agreement) are permitted to bring dogs, provided that they are not kept, bred or maintained for any
commercial purpose and do not create any health hazard.
The pet must not unreasonably disturb the peaceful possession and quiet enjoyment of the property or other owners, guests or renters.
All pets must be under the control of the
person walking it and kept on a leash that does not exceed 7 feet in length at all times when outside of the unit.
The pet’s owner is responsible to clean up after the pet when it relieves itself in the community’s common areas.
