The space
Brand new Cabins!
* Smart lock with personal numeric code.
* Open concept cabin with one private bedroom on first floor and a second bedroom on the second floor mezzanine to enjoy the view of the sky.
* Eating area with round dining table sitting 4.
* Fully equipped kitchen including espresso machine, wine and champagne glasses. Professional Frigidaire appliances.
* One bathroom with standing shower and laundry unit.
* A cozy living room with firewood stove and view on the backyard.
* Cross the catwalk on the second floor to find a
reading nook and board games, puzzles, coloring
books, etc.
* Exterior deck with sofa, dining set and Weber grill.
* Hot tub available year round.
* Fire pit surrounded by four Adirondack chairs.
* For warmer season additional amenities available:
beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.
* Plenty of parking space always available.

Guest access
This is one of the 2 cabins that have been built on this 10 acre land. From each cabin, you can see the other one. Please stay off the mulched area separating the cabins. Each cabin backyard is limited to the grass area. If you book both cabins, please use the road to go from one cabin to the other.

Other things to note
WOOD STOVE AND FIREPIT:
For ease and safety reasons, we ask that you use only firelogs (Duraflame type) instead of standard wood logs in the wood stove in the living room.
We provide standard wood logs and those are to be used exclusively in the firepit.

HOT TUB:
We love the hot tub, and work diligently to keep it maintained year round. That said, due to situations outside of our control (Mother Nature or guest misuse) there are times where we are forced to drain and refill, or it takes extra time to reheat for the next guest. This happens rarely, but we like to manage expectations to avoid disappointment.

PETS:
*$75 Pet Fee must be paid prior to check-in or your dog will not be allowed on the property.
*Your dog should be friendly and house trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed.
*Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or put in a crate if left alone.
*Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately.
*You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog
*Dogs are not allowed on furniture such as couch or beds
*No sandy paws or sandy fur inside.
*Limit of one dog. An additional dog may be considered on a case by case basis.

*WEATHER/CANCELLATIONS*:
We can not predict or control weather, so we don't offer refunds due to inclement weather. Please keep this in mind when booking, and if this is a concern we recommend purchasing travel insurance (AirBNB provides this while checking out!).
Additionally, because our calendar stays fully booked year round we have a strict cancellation policy and do not make exceptions. If you have concerns about this, feel encouraged to purchase travel insurance, either from AirBNB or elsewhere. This is a great option to protect you, and protect us as hosts/business owners. We appreciate your understanding!
