Located in the heart of Manuel Antonio, this incredible 4 BR/4 bath penthouse condo has unimaginable ocean, jungle, and mountain views and is centrally-located across the street from restaurants, shops and cafés! The beach is a 5-minute drive or a 20- minute walk. There is parking for 1 car in the garage and 1 car curbside. NOTE: Mini Vans and Trucks do not fit in our parking space, ONLY 7-passenger SUV's and Smaller Cars!
Other things to note
NOTE:Parking for ONE vehicle only. Mini Vans and Trucks do not fit in our parking space, ONLY 7-passenger SUV's and Smaller Cars!
If you have an additional car it will have to use street parking in the gravel area right before the condo.
You cannot block the garage or gate by parking behind the parking spot as others use that area.
Light housekeeping is included in your stay and is offered daily except Sundays and on national holidays by our team of housekeepers who have been with our property for many years. Unless otherwise confirmed in advance by you, housekeeping will do a quick daily visit between 9am-3pm to take out trash, do the dishes, sweep, mop and freshen beds and bathrooms with towels and linens. If you don't wish for housekeeping to enter your bedrooms, simply place the "Do Not Disturb" sign on your door.

Our villa is located in a prestigious condo in the heart of Manuel Antonio with restaurants, shops, cafés, banks and markets just steps away! We are on the ocean-side of the main Manuel Antonio road and you can easily walk to most places. The beach is a 5-minute drive or a 25-minute walk. The pool is shared among the other condos, but is rarely busy and enjoys magnificent jungle views and phenomenal wildlife observing!
