This was a perfect spot to enjoy a family get-together. The bedrooms were great; very private, clean, with comfortable beds. The kitchen/dining area was spacious & well-appointed and became the natural gathering place. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool, and used the grill one night. We loved the location among the vineyards near Healdsburg. We'd go back in a heartbeat!
We had a great stay. This was a perfect house for 4 couples to each have their own room. Pool and hot tub are great. And the backyard is huge and beautiful. Amy was very responsive as well. Thanks!
My friends and I all convened in Healdsburg to celebrate my 40th birthday, and we definitely lucked out finding this place. The location was perfect, it was within walking or short driving distance to great wineries, and was close to a big market which was extremely convenient.
The house itself was large and open, with lots of space outside as well. The pool was cold, but refreshingly so, and most nights were spent by the fire pit cooking dinner on the grill.
This is a great property for a large party. I couldn't have asked for better.
A group of us came out for a half marathon and it was such a perfect place. Just a few minutes from downtown Healdsburg, close to a bunch of wineries, pool and hot tub felt great after the run, dinner outside with a bunch of friends was just what we wanted.
The bedrooms were great, the master bath, as one of us put, was "bigger than my apartment was in Manhattan". Plenty of places to take naps, hang out, cook smores, the kitchen was nice and open so a bunch of people could be in there at once.
Baby in the group had no problem, even got to put them in a room that had its own bathroom and isolated from the rest of the house to avoid waking up others in the middle of the night.
This was in a nice, quiet area - at night, you could see the stars so well (even got to catch a meteor shower!). Only word of caution is if you have T-mobile, you don't get reception - might be a good thing though! But if you really need your internet fix, there's wireless internet.
We were in town because a few friends were participating in the Vineman Half Iron Man. The location was perfect! We could walk down and see the competitors during the bike part of the triathalon. Great open house with comfortable bedrooms and an amazing outdoor space with a pool, hot tub, firepit, outdoor grill, nice lawn (and a little garden) hammock - very relaxing! I don't think we turned the t.v on once! Amy was easy to communicate with, so I also recommend working with her specifically.
Amy was a fantastic host and very easy to communicate with. Her Healdsburg home offered an idyllic setting for our girls weekend. It's in the middle of Dry Creek Valley, walking distance to wineries, and an easy 10 min taxi to Healdsburg. Not only does the house offer super comfortable bedrooms, but the common areas are great for hanging out and drinking wine... our favorite was the fire pit area! Highly recommend!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious and comfortable in a perfect location right in the heart of Dry Creek. Fully stocked kitchen, pool, hot tub, bbq. It was also nice to be "out of touch" since the cell reception is spotty there. Amy, the property manager, was easy to be in touch with and provided us with quick answers.
I downgraded the experience for a couple of things:
- A/C went out. The owner was very quick to take care of it and even graciously provided us with a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. The A/C was generally weak and couldn't get the house cool enough in this heat.
- Pool is nice but not heated. It was fine for us but the pool may not be too cold during a less hot season.
