Huge loft close to everything
Loved my stay at the Home Street Loft during my grad school residency at JU (1 month). Danielle was very attentive and the space was beautiful and tranquil. Folks in the bldg are very nice. The location was safe and central. San Marco and Riverside, both great areas, are easy access with lots of eateries and things to do near by. Highly recommend this apt!! Would stay there again!
This was my first experience using airbnb and I am thoroughly impressed. Danielle's loft was absolutely gorgeous, it really looked exactly like it does in the photos. It's in an excellent location. We were a 5 minute drive from Jacksonville Landing and a jazz festival going on downtown. It's also very close to I-95 so shopping malls and the beach are easy to get to.
What really stuck out to me were the small touches to the place, there was Keurig coffee, a spare iPhone charger, all the kitchen utensils you could need, and my Ruca was very happy to find some nail polish remover pads when she was in need.
It was a great experience, and if I am ever back in Jacksonville I would definitely stay at the Home Street Loft again.
Danielle was a great host and the loft was beautiful. The neighbourhood was great with a couple of restaurants to try out within walking distance. We ate at bb's restaurant and bar right across the street and the food was excellent. The entire weekend was perfect and Danielle left us mints, notes and information on the neighbourhood and we couldn't have asked for more. I would not only stay here again but would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a homey place to stay.
We had a fantastic stay at The Home Street Loft. Everything about Danielle's loft was better than described. We were in Jacksonville for business, and we were looking for something in-town that was comfortable, pet-friendly and near some good restaurants. The loft is on the edge of the San Marco neighborhood which is a great neighborhood filled with shops, restaurants and night-life. Directly across the street from the loft is one of, if not the best, restaurant in all of Jacksonville, called, B.B.'s. Everything we tried there was fantastic.
The loft itself was very spacious, impeccably clean and filled with great furniture. We had everything we needed to create a great meal in the loft, too. Danielle has the place stocked with all the little things that make a trip special, like great bath products, coffee, and even candles. We would recommend the loft for anyone, really. It is in a great, secure building with an elevator, and convenient to everything there is to do in Jacksonville. We will definitely plan on staying here again, when we return to Jacksonville!
The Home Street Loft has everything you need to feel right at home! It will definitely be our first choice for lodging for future trips to Jacksonville.
My husband and I had a great time at the Home Street Loft. Matthew was extremely helpful in Danielle's absence. The location is perfect. There was only a five minute drive to most of the popular areas in metro Jacksonville and about a half-hour drive to the beaches. The loft was quiet and very well decorated. I would recommend this space to anyone staying in the Jacksonville area for a few nights. Thanks Danielle!
This loft is unique, homey, and has a great lay out. Very inviting vibe and fun place :) I loved staying here. Danielle and Matthew made it a sweet experience . Will book again in the future. Thanks for sharing!
