The space
This condo features;
* Stainless range, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher. Vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board, hair dryers.
* Coffee machine (drip+K-cup), toaster, blender, kettle, full kitchenware
* Master bedroom has a king size bed with a Smart TV, direct door to master bathroom
* Hallway has bunk beds for sleeping. 2nd bathroom is accessed from hallway
* Sofa in the living room is a sleep sofa which converts into a queen bed
* HD Cable TV (Cox Ultimate channels) and high speed Wi-Fi
* Coin and credit card operated laundromat on the same floor
* Two beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler for the use of our guests. You also have an option to rent umbrellas and chairs on the beach. IMPORTANT: Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas. Private umbrellas are only allowed behind the rows of rental umbrellas.
* Keyless entry door lock system, no keys during your stay with your unique code.
* 2 beach towels (Turkish style easy dry), bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, make-up cleaners

Your welcome package will have startup supply of bottled water, coffee, toilet papers, travel size shampoo, hand soaps in both bathrooms, paper towel, dish liquid, new dish sponge, dishwasher(2) and laundry(1) tablets.


Pelican Beach Resort is one of the most popular resorts in Destin right on the beach with no roads to cross and has;

* private beach, seasonal beach service (paid), beach side Tiki Bar,
* on site security with a guarded gate, 24/7 front desk,
* heated swim-out indoor and 2 outdoor pools with shallow side, kiddie pool, 2 hot tubs,
* sauna, steam room, fitness center,

* free tennis and pickleball courts (NOTE: will be closed for resurfacing Dec'25 to Mar'26),
* vending machines,
* free covered/uncovered parking with 2 paid EV chargers (NOTE: chargers will be closed for resurfacing Dec'25 to Mar'26),
* and outdoor gas grills

Guest access
Upon booking, you will get an information package with your confirmation. Your door code and more arrival information will be emailed/texted 7 days before check-in. Please make sure to have a cell phone number in your booking.

RESORT AND HOUSE RULES


- 1 parent/adult guardian over 25 years of age is required for every 3 unmarried guests under 25 years of age to check-in.
- Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas.
- No smoking anywhere in the building, unit or on the balcony (except designated area on the ground floor).
- Pets are not allowed. We all love our furry friends, but unfortunately HOA does not allow any pets in the resort premises.
- Rates are quoted for occupancy of 4 including children/infants and extra person fees will apply per night er person if occupancy is increased over 4 after booking. Visitors are not allowed to the resort.
- We do not allow any towels (except beach towels), sheets, bedspreads to be removed from our condo at any time.
- Guest will be required to e-sign our rental contract upon booking. There shall not be any terms which are not included in our listing and policies here.

Pelican Beach offers the dream vacation with BEST views, sand and sea in the area at 5 minute drive from heart of Destin, Harborwalk Village and across Big Kahuna Water & Adventure Park either for a couple looking for romantic getaway or for a family looking for beach & sand vacation. All units have balconies with ocean view.

We will share with our confirmed guests more but many of the restaurants nearby are landmarks in Destin. Silver Sands, a large factory outlet mall is seven miles east. The brand new Destin Commons outdoor shopping mall is at the corner of the Mid Bay Bridge and Hwy 98. It has a huge movie theater complex, Hard Rock Cafe, Bass Pro Fishing shop, Johnnie Rockets, and all the mall shops you have come to know and love in a beautiful outdoor setting. Fort Walton Beach has a pier to fish off of that is wonderful. Deep sea fishing is right up the street! Destin was a fishing town before it was anything else, so you can come home with quite a catch!
