Please note that this not a hotel room with a 24 service which is why it's so so so much cheaper, and much more laid back than hotels. Also, the room is in a house that was built in the 1920s so while you can find so many of Brooklyn's characters in it, it's not really shiny. In addition, the pictures are taken by a professional Airbnb photographer. I love those photos but some guests commented that Airbnb photos didn't convey the real look of the room. In any case, pictures are taken for the same room, I assure you. Lastly, please consider picking up after yourselves (towels, bath stuff, bathroom mat, and wash your plates/pots after cooking). At times, guests think that the house is untidy or dirty when it's actually another guest who decided to leave things unwashed... etc :). In addition, please be advised that when you don't clean after yourself in the kitchen or bathroom, or when you eat in your bedroom that there may be a chance that you see a mouse or roach. Thanks for reading.

Interaction with Guests
As much as guests want. I may or may not be present during the stay but if I am not, someone else should be at home to help you when you need.
I love that my neighborhood is diverse, fun, not uptight, open, and I mostly love that I can get anything anytime of the day or night. I love that there are so many cafes and restaurants. I love that there are museums, parks, free concerts almost all summer long.
Public transportation are about 5 minutes away, and buses are only 30 steps away from my house. Parking is free although you have to abide by the two days cleaning for each side of the street from 9-11 in the morning.
To get from airport, take a taxi for $30-$40, or take the bus or subway for less than $10 total per passenger.
Lock the outside doors when you leave and when you come home please. No smoking inside the house. You can surely smoke on the deck downstairs. No pets. Also, please wash your dishes, pans ... etc if you decide to cook at home. And keep your towels and bathroom bags in your room. Don't forget to hang the floor towel after showering. If you decide to shave, please clean the hair on and around the sink and bathtub. Thanks a lot.
Natasha no se encontraba en el momento de mi viaje. Pero estaba su hermano Filaf muy atento y cordial.
La habitación es confortable y el barrio es tranquilo. Lo recomiendo.
Great location - less than a block from an old church, the bells of which can be heard from the room. A very short walk to the 2 and 5 trains, which will take you to manhattan.
Overall, highly recommended.
While I never met Natasha in person, her brother Firas was the one who checked me in and showed me around. He was very nice and made himself available at any time. Like it said in the description the house is from the 1920's but the renovations are great. The bathroom is awesome with a nice shower and lots of space. I did not use the kitchen but it was modern with a nice refrigerator. My room exactly what was listed and perfect for what I was looking for. The location is great for getting around because the subway is so close. Overall it was a great experience and if you like the room the description then I would recommend it to anyone.
Natasha welcomed me very warmly, showed me around the place, and let me get on with it - which was great. The place was exactly as advertised - clean, well-located (although getting back to Brooklyn on the subway late at night can take a while) and well-furnished. I couldn't have asked for more - especially at this price, a really good-value place to stay.
Natasha is really nice and caring. She always wants to know if i am satisifed or not. Anything i requested was gladly offered by her. The room is OK anx meeted all i needed
I had a great stay at Natasha's. She's a very nice & helpful host - the rooms are also OK and it's just 3 blocks away from the 2 subway line. A quick ride to downtown.
Great experience for my first airbnb stay. Room is as shown in pictures and description by Natasha was accurate.
Safe area, never seen any signs of trouble or was intimidated, etc.
Internet connection is very good, low latency and high bandwidth (2MB/s up and down).
Sirens and the metro passing at a distance can be heard at night, so if you're a light sleeper, having an eye mask and ear plugs is a must. It also gets bright relatively early in the morning.
The best part about staying here is the store where Natasha's brother works. They serve the best french toast ever! Perfect start before going to Manhattan!
