Why stay in a hotel when you can enjoy your stay the fullest in Brooklyn, yet for less $?

I can also take you or show where to go for a delightful hang out spots or bars with Jazz concerts and hilarious comedy shows.

Please note that this not a hotel room with a 24 service which is why it's so so so much cheaper, and much more laid back than hotels. Also, the room is in a house that was built in the 1920s so while you can find so many of Brooklyn's characters in it, it's not really shiny. In addition, the pictures are taken by a professional Airbnb photographer. I love those photos but some guests commented that Airbnb photos didn't convey the real look of the room. In any case, pictures are taken for the same room, I assure you. Lastly, please consider picking up after yourselves (towels, bath stuff, bathroom mat, and wash your plates/pots after cooking). At times, guests think that the house is untidy or dirty when it's actually another guest who decided to leave things unwashed... etc :). In addition, please be advised that when you don't clean after yourself in the kitchen or bathroom, or when you eat in your bedroom that there may be a chance that you see a mouse or roach. Thanks for reading.

Natasha was accommodating to my needs. One of my letters did not arrive in time before I left and she helped mail it to me! Great place and nice living room.

AMAZING! 1. The room was actually better and more spacious than the photos. It was super cosy and cute, had air con, really fast wifi, and a really comfy bed. 2. If you like your privacy this is the place for you. Its super chilled - Natasha is there for when ever you need anything but your on your own really. 3. Prospect park is a 20 min walk, and the subway is like 5 mins around the corner. really convenient. 4. Natasha is a really cool and kind host and really understanding. 5. I really recommend 'Tom's Restaurant' - about a 25 min walk from the apartment Thanks so much !

This was my first experience with Airbnb. As far as I can tell, it was a bit a-typical of an Airbnb stay, as I never met the host. A family member gave me the keys when I checked in, and then I didn't see anyone else (apart from other guests) while I was there for 5 days. This was fine for me, though, because I was using those five nights to look for permanent housing in the city and start my new job. The house was decent, the room was secure, and the bathroom was kept neat. Recommended for a cheap few nights!

Natasha place's is perfect if you want to explore New York and Brooklyn without expending a crazy amount of money. The room is little but with great light and everything necessary for your confort. There is an air conditioner, a chair, a place to hang your clothes and some books quite interesting, as the one about Vietnam War. You can use the kitchen and the fridge, there are implements to cook and to serve yourself a breakfast or a meal. The bathroom was very clean and confortable, and the shower was very good. Also the house is placed three blocks away from Sterling st. station of the line 2 and 5, that take you to Manhattan. The neighborhood is very secure, many times I arrived passed midnight without any trouble. Natasha and her brother were very nice to me and they help me with every doubt. I recommend this place!
