The space
Nestled on 23 acres, the cottage provides a serene escape available for independent rental or in conjunction with our other cottage and Aerial Mountain Springs Venue. With its picturesque view of the 2-acre lake, the setting ensures a tranquil experience. While we reside on-site, the expansive acreage allows for ample privacy. As a venue, occasional visits to view the premises may occur, but we strive to minimize any disruption to your stay.

The cottage is available for individual rental or as part of a package with our other cottage and full venue. Opting for just the cottage ensures exclusive use, as the venue won't be rented simultaneously.

Our on-site venue offers a versatile space for weddings, corporate events, family reunions, and more. The possibilities are limitless, providing a picturesque setting for various occasions.

Guest access
Guests have access to the front portion of the property, encompassing approximately 6 acres, where the venue and cottages are located. As part of this access, you are welcome to enjoy catch-and-release fishing in our serene lake.

If you opt to rent only one cottage, please note that there might be another guest in the other cottage. Rest assured, we've arranged the accommodations to ensure that everyone enjoys their own space and privacy, with thoughtful consideration for a comfortable stay.
