ACCOMMODATION:
A comfortable 32sqm unit good for 2 guests, with extra space for 2 on the sofa bed, additional guest fees may apply. Please mention total number of guests when booking. Maximum of 4pax ONLY

Pool schedule for guests is Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri ONLY at 7am-9pm (Thurs cleaning)
Weekends and holidays are for unit owners only

Pool fee: 200/guest (non-refundable)
Swimming attire is a must.

Other things to note
PARKING:
You can avail pay basement parking at a daily rate of 250. The allocation of parking slots is managed by the host upon receiving payment. If you need more information, feel free to message the host directly.

COOKING:
You're welcome to cook light meals only, heat food, and prepare hot beverages during your stay but we prohibit cooking and storing strong aromatic foods like durian, dried fish like tuyo, daing, bagoong, and fried fish. We appreciate your understanding.

PETS:
Small vaccinated pets are welcome. We charge a pet fee of 500 pesos, which should be included in your booking. Please consider using diapers during your stay for added protection. You can take your pets for a walk in the ground floor pet park. Please keep your pets on a leash outside the unit, and always carry a pee/poop cleaner and bag. Kindly note that penalties will be applied for any irresponsible pet ownership.

CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS:
Visitors must obtain a guest pass for facility access, which requires a valid ID submission during processing. To expedite this, please provide a picture of your ID to the host when booking. Additionally, for pets, please include a copy of their vaccination record.

EARLY CHECK-IN:
We ONLY allow early check-in if there are no prior guests. Early arrivals before 1 pm incur a 100/hour fee. However, late check-out requests may not be possible if there's an incoming guest.

VISITORS:
For security reasons, only registered guests are permitted during the stay, and visitors are not allowed.

ALCOHOL:
No heavy alcoholic drinking allowed. The consumption of excessive alcoholic beverages is not permitted. Additionally, drinking in shared areas are prohibited

DECORATIONS:
You may set up decorations for your occasions but please avoid using adhesives or tape on the walls to prevent damage to the paint.

LONG STAY:
Guest/s are responsible for the cost of electricity during a long stay (15 days and above).

INCONVENIENCE FEE:
We generally do not allow same-day re-bookings, as the date has already been reserved for you and other potential guests may have been unable to book it. However, in certain circumstances, we may allow a same-day reschedule. In such cases, a ₱500 inconvenience fee will apply.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
Guests are responsible for costs related to any damaged/lost items and linen stains. Charges for repairs or replacements will apply.

VIOLATORS:
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask you to PLEASE respect and adhere to our given house rules. Please note that failure to comply with all our given house rules may result in a fine of ₱2,000.
