There were some 'accidents' with the cats while I went on vacation - upset animals. The initial smell issues had been taken care of by adding one more litter box and by cleaning them daily. there was still some lingering smell in the kitchen area so I changed the floor and now it is ok!

Nathalie's place is a perfect little spot on the top of the hill in Bernal Heights. It's very quiet, but a short walk to restaurants and cafes. The neighborhood is adorable, lots of families and dogs and beautiful trees. The park is a half block away also so great spot to walk in the AM and take in even more views of the city.
Nathalie is great host and makes you feel at home! The room is cosy and has a nice view. She has two friendly cats and a great collection of books to keep yourself busy at home. The location is perfect, on the top of a hill with a lot of cafes and restaurants a short walk away. I definitely recommend the place.
Nathalie was great at communicating throughout the experience. She was able to leave keys for us to arrive early to drop off our bags. The room was comfy in a safe neighborhood with easy street parking. It is a good place to stay if you just need a place to sleep while exploring the town.
Nathalie welcomed us into her home on short notice, and made the stay very enjoyable. The home is gorgeous (the pictures do not do it justice!), and backs onto the breathtaking Bernal Heights hill. Views of the entire city can be observed and are ready for you to enjoy them. Nathalie was very kind and offered suggestions for restaurants. Highly, highly, recommended.
It was a bad experience. I got a parking violation ticket when I parked on the street. The bed was uncomfortable. I got back problem.
We didn't know the checkin time. We arrived at 4 pm and waited a long time to get into the room. We also didnt know that it has a shared bathroom. Should describe the property in detail. Will never go back.
The check-in time is published in the listing - if guests contact me in advance, I try to be flexible. If they do not, I use the standard published check in time of 7pm.
I cannot guess arrival time and I work so I cannot support 24/7 check-ins.
As soon as I got your phone call, I left work and hurried back to the house so you wouldn't have to wait for too long.
Nathalie was great. I had to find a place to stay at the last minute and to find Nathalie's place was a godsend. Her place is in a good and quiet location. The room she provides is private with a great view. Thanks again, Nathalie!
This room had an amazing view of San Francisco, and was just a stone's throw away from a beautiful park/top of a hill that had an even better, 360 degree view of San Francisco. Parking was not so bad in the area (a miracle in itself considering this is San Francisco). Nathalie is a wonderful host, such an interesting person with an interesting story that I wish we had more time to get. I definitely recommend this place!
