Thanks for your feedback Claire - I'd like to apologise that you were cold. I did leave instructions about the heating in my guest book and if you had said, I would have provided you with another blanket too. I. didn't know, so always best to mention issues you have to your host while you are staying.
As for the public/private room issue, when you booked I explained the third room situation. You had booked what is clearly advertised as a double not twin room and then mentioned that you would like two beds. I accomodated you in my living space, rendering that space unavailable to me at night. I am always really clear about this arrangement as I appreciate it doesn't suit everybody. I'm sorry this wasn't to your liking, I did my best for your request.
