Guest access
The entire house, garage, and fenced backyard are all yours to enjoy (minus the unfinished basement).

Other things to note
This charming historic craftsman was built in the 1910's and has undergone extensive renovation, but it is not new!
Please expect "old building" things like squeaky or sloped floors. Note that the water may have a yellow tint briefly if not used for some time (not harmful), but it quickly flushes out within seconds. If you prefer, there is filtered water in the fridge. Also note, we have the occasional ladybug or boxelder bug in the house. These are super common in MN and are not harmful, but if you absolutely hate bugs, this is something to consider.
Lastly, the house is fairly close to the airport, and as such, will have plane noise at times. There are sound machines available if you are sensitive to noise.

My work: Medical Field
I spend too much time: Cleaning (up after my kids)
I'm Amber, & I live in Minneapolis with my husband & four kids. In our younger years my husband & I loved to travel. But between kids, COVID, & full time jobs, life became BUSY, & travel was replaced with an unhealthy HGTV obsession, followed by a questionably healthier renovation obsession. After many home DIY projects, my husband agreed to remodel rental properties instead (aka, he was sick of the mess at home). And here we are!
