The Space

This updated two-story home with a two-car garage and fully fenced backyard is entirely yours to enjoy.

The main level features the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and sunroom — offering plenty of space to gather or spread out.

Upstairs you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms (all with room-darkening curtains and hotel-quality bedding), a completely renovated full bathroom, and a cozy bonus room.

A private bonus room with sofa and TV just off Bedroom 3 makes the perfect movie spot or extra space to relax.

Other things to note
This charming historic craftsman was built in the 1910's and has undergone extensive renovation, but it is not new!
Please expect "old building" things like squeaky or sloped floors. Note that the water may have a yellow tint briefly if not used for some time, but it quickly flushes out within seconds (not harmful, and I haven't noticed since updating all plumbing). If you prefer, there is filtered water in the fridge. Also note, we have the occasional ladybug or boxelder bugs in the house. These are super common in MN and are not harmful, but if you absolutely hate bugs, this is something to consider. Lastly, the house is fairly close to the airport, and as such, will have plane noise at times. There are sound machines and fans available if you are sensitive to noise.

I'm Amber, & I live in Minneapolis with my husband & four kids. In our younger years my husband & I loved to travel. But between kids, COVID, & full time jobs, life became BUSY, & travel was replaced with an unhealthy HGTV obsession, followed by a questionably healthier renovation obsession.
