Other things to note
➤ Limited provisions provided; Young's Family Market nearby offers more necessities (closes at 8pm).
➤ A security camera is on the front of the building to ensure safety of our guests and our property. Tampering with the device is grounds for immediate eviction without refund. Our security camera ensures the guest count on the reservation matches those who arrive at the cabin. No outside guests permitted. No third party bookings.
➤ Driveway and Privacy: The Brick House shares a driveway with Rustic Cabin, while still ensuring maximum privacy. It has a concrete-paved uphill driveway that is easy to navigate in normal weather. Snow removal is provided for accumulations over 3 inches. Four-wheel drive is required during the winter months.
➤ Cabin Charms: Our warm retreat in Hocking Hills offers a chance to unplug and cherish quality time together. Please note some quirks like well water (some guests prefer bottled water) and occasional spotty cell service (reliable WiFi).
➤ Environment Notice: Our home is nestled in nature, and occasionally, 'nature' finds its way inside. We make efforts to control pests with professional services. As we coexist with the environment, we kindly request keeping doors closed to minimize encounters. Please refrain from feeding the animals.
➤ There are no refunds for weather conditions, natural disasters, or power outages. We recommend considering travel insurance for cancellations.
➤ $200 charge for each rule violation, plus cleaning/damage expenses.
